Tina's POV

"Jab, cross, hook, again." Josh told me over and over again. He's helping me improve my punches. Telling me to hit harder. "Come on Tina. Just hit harder. You wont hurt me I promise. I have the padding on. Just.....pretend its dad, but he cant hurt you just let your anger out. Like when you and Austin your boyfriend from back home. you guys split because of dad. just get all that anger and use it while your punching." I nodded. He rose his hands up that had the padding so I could punch them.

"Jab, cross, hook, again." He said. I did as told. Every punch I did became harder because of what I told myself.

'Dad took Austin away from you!'

'He took the only person away that made you feel special.'

'The only one that cared about you.'

I wasnt focassing on the targets anymore just telling myself about Austin. He's was the only one who cared about me and school. The one who made me feel great about myself. And dad just....took him away from me!

"Ahh Tina you can stop." Josh told me. I missed the target and hit his shoulder really hard.

"Sorry."

"It's ok. Go take a break. I'll work with Tiana and then we'll learn something else. okay?" I nodded and sat down at a bench next to the ring next to the ring and started thinking about Austin. He's gone, and He's in another contry.

WHY DAD?!?!?!

I kept tthinking to myself until someone tapped on my shoulder.

"Babe you look hot when you boxing."I turned around and saw my boyfriend smiling at me. I tried to smile back at him.

"Thank you."

"Ok what's wrong?" Zayn questioned.

"Nothing."

"Ok, now that you've said nothing I know something is wrong." He joked which made me laugh a bit. "But seriously hats wrong?" He again being serious. I looked at the ground trying to ignore his question. He put his finger under my chin and lifted it up so I'm looking at him straight in the eyes. Ugh he knows he's eyes always convinces me to do something.

TINA THINK. You can't just tell your boyfriend that you still like your ex-boyfriend!

"Umm.. I'm......home sick" ok that wasn't a total lie Austin is back home in America.

"Oh ok. Well after you two finish working out we're going back home to a club." He explain to me. But something in his eyes told me he didn't believe my answer. I shrugged it off I went back to training training with Josh.

Tiana POV

I got off of the ring because it was Tina's turn, I sat on the that Zayn was at.

"Hi Malik."

"Hey T." He looked so frustrated.

"Ok what's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing."

"Oh come on. Your knee like crazy. AND you didn't say 'vas happening?'" He chuckled at my joke.

"I don't know. Is there something wrong with Tina? She's always happy and cheerful. But when she fights she's full of anger. Josh just told her to picture the targets as something that she hates. She hit them like there was no tomorrow. What was she thinking of in her head......was it me?!" He asked full of concern. She still had feelings for Austin. That's why she was so angry. Because dad took him away from her. I remember he was the only one that could put a huge smile on her face.

"Umm Zayn I can't tell you. You have to ask her your self. It's not my business to tell you. It's her past and I just want to forget about it. But I can say its not about you." He nodded and continued watching Tina box.

Zayn's POV

Watching Tina doing all of these punches was amazing (amaZAYN lol). But when ever she punched she anger full in her eyes. Like something was bothering her. But besides that I didn't know she was that strong. She almost punched down her brother. A football player, wrestler, and security guard for one direction.

Tina is in the ring with Josh. He's teaching her how to flip someone.

"Zayn can you come up here mate?" Josh asked. Oh crap.

Tina's POV

Josh wanted to see me flip someone to see if I could do it right. Tiana was taking her brake and the only one left was Zayn.

"Zayn can you come up here mate?" Josh asked. I couldn't help but laugh at Zayn's facial expression. He came up into the ring anyways. "Don't worry she's done this a thousand times." Josh explained to Zayn. He nodded and I started flipping him but making sure not to slam him on the floor.

*after A LOT of flipping*

"I'm getting dizzy can we stop now?" Zayn asked.

"Sure mate, you could have stopped after three. I was just letting Tina have fun." I laughed as Zayn tried to say something but couldn't because he was to dizzy.

I joined Zayn on the bench as it was Tianas turn. After she's done we're going back to London.
