I have no problem with people wearing cornrows and appreciating the African-American culture. but what I do not except is other people stereotyping the black community and saying the N-word and walking like a quote on quote gangster.
for sports some girls at my school traditionally wear cornrows for the game and I found it completely disrespectful when they try to stereotype black people that's not how it works honey please sit down.
I even went down to the principals office and had a little rent to him about how I feel disrespected in my own school and her refused to go to school with people stereotype the black culture.
all this man could say was I'll come up with the plan and figure out a way to stop this
I knew that he couldn't do anything about the situation but I just wanted to educate him a little bit
please pray for B because the girls are continue to wear the cornrows until the 22nd I believe and I have to deal with all these girls culturally appropriate it in my school for a couple of days so please pray or I might cry.
