~~~~~~~~~~~~SORRY IT TOOK FOREVERRRRRRR! BUT I WAS IN CHINA AND AT A COLLEGE SEMINAR AND SOME OTHER CRAZY PLACES BUT THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING MEAN ABOUT MY LACK OF UPLOAD!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kea was laughing so hard he was gasping for air, while my cheeks resembled spaghetti sauce. Kea was trying to catch his breath, and I was debating the fastest way out of this barn so I can change out of my torn, dirtied clothing.
I stretched my arm down to the gaping tear to try to cover up the damage. When my hand was violently pulled away from my skirt, my head flew up to lock into Kea’s eyes.
His eyes were as blue as ice, and staring into them made my heart stop cold. Kea then squatted to the floor and brought the two pieces of fabric together. He held my skirt for some time with a complicated look plastered upon his face.
My legs started to cramp up from standing still, when Kea slowly rose to stand in front of me again still holding my skirt. The door to the barn slowly but loudly screeched open, to my surprise Kea let go of my skirt and leaped back.
There was so much room between us you wouldn’t have thought just a moment ago he was holding together my skirt fabric. Suddenly my eyes stung from the light pouring in from the barn doors, and a black silhouette stood nonchalantly in the door way. When I heard Paris’s voice project from the petite silhouette, relief washed over me.
I started over to the door when a strong arm wrapped around my waist and yanked me back. A hand half the size of my face covered my muffled screams, when I finally calmed down Kea took his hand away from my face.
He whispered softly, “Don’t make any noise. Paris can’t find us here together. I will distract her while you go out the back window. After you leave through the window go straight till you see the graveyard, take a right and then walk to the gardens and make a left when you see a wall of glass. You will end up at the front door in no time. Do not worry this will not be the last time we meet. I will see you, again.”
He tilted his head down and grazed my cheek with his gentle cupids bow and turned so his back was to me. Kea crept around the column we were leaning against, and walked over to Paris giving her orders on what to feed the animals.
After watching Kea and Paris interact for a few moments I turned toward the back window and stalked over to it. My feet ever so lightly leaving the ground, when I finally stood in front of the window I lifted myself up onto the window sill.
Trying to keep from flashing my panties I pulled my left leg up through to the outside then my right leg. Both of my legs dangling from the window sill I grabbed my skirt fabric together and jumped from the window.
It wasn’t far from the ground but it still stung my knees when I landed. I started off sprinting; however, when I was far enough from the barn I slowed down to a wide stride. I kept walking till I saw the graveyard and I turned to the right just as Kea said. While I was scanning the landscape for the gardens I kept thinking of Kea and his eyes sparkling bright, and the fullness of his lips against my cheek.
It was like the only thing I could think of was Kea, and the way his skin felt against mine; it is like I am totally obsessed. When I rounded the corner to the garden and saw through a wall of windows and noticed that was the room I was in with Derek yesterday. All thoughts of Kea vanished in an instant.
I really hate how Derek could make me forget about everything. Then I realized I was standing in the garden looking into a giant window staring off into space with my jaw hanging, and drool collecting in the corner of my mouth.
Yeah I know very attractive Zita. I turned to my left and started off again walking aimlessly till I came to gravel. At first I was confused on how I was still outside, but I quickly snapped out of it and remembered I was looking for the front door. I followed the seemingly endless gravel track all the way around till I stopped in front of a glittering marble staircase.
The marble was grey speckled with gold and silver specks. I rubbed my eyes and looked at the staircase again, and I felt as if I couldn’t pull myself to place my dirtied bare feet upon the stairs; however, when I looked down and saw my torn skirt I quickly got over it and ran up it with haste.
Once I reached the gold lined mahogany French doors, I reached for the crystal door knob. Only to be let down when the doors did not budge when I pulled on them. Once pulling did not budge the doors I tried pushing them. In which I still remained planted outside in the heat.
Reluctantly I sighed and balled my fist cutting my palm with my over grown nails. I scanned around the door for some type of doorbell, yet to be disappointed again. I turned my back to the door leaning against it and dropping to the floor like a dead weight. Pulling my legs to my chest and circling my arms around them. I sat on the ground in that position till the sun was setting just above the tree line.
Suddenly the door I was not leaning against opened with a swoosh. Out walked a fat, flustered chef stomping his way down the stairs and heading to the stainless steel gate opening. At that moment I pivoted around and straitened my leg to catch the heavy mahogany door with my foot.
I sighed with relief when I realized I caught the door just in time. Carefully I scouted closer to the door so I could grab it with my hands while I stood up to squeeze through the crack of the door. While I was scouting through to the other side of the door a hand hit next to my face onto the embroidered door.
A swift push of the hand, and the door swung open while I raced in before it swung back with such force it nearly swept me off my feet. Derek gazed down at me, and tilted his lovely head to the left then the right and began to speak ever so softly but growing louder by each word.
“Where the hell were you all day today, and all last night? Did you not know I was looking for you? I thought you left me. Why is your skirt like that? Were you attacked by some pervert?”
“The only pervert that attacked me was you, and yes I am fine.”
“Where were you all day?” Derek hissed.
“Your precious Odette locked me out last night.”
“What, no she did not she was with me last night in my room.”
“Whatever I just need to change my clothes.”
“Be sure to bathe, ugh, you stink!” Derek exclaimed while I ventured into the maze of never ending hallways.
I started walking down a long hallway while scanning left and right looking for a housekeeper, or servant I could follow or ask for directions. Finally I saw Paris coming out from behind a set of doors. I called out to her hoping she would hear me; however, she did not look my way.
Calling out to her again, and receiving no reply I decided to just follow her. When I turned a corner I instantly wished I did not. Paris had her slim arms around Derek pressing him against a wall.
I did not notice how short she was till right now when the top of her head only came to Derek’s collar bone. She stood pressed up against him while he gazed down to her eyes and she giggled furiously. With the dim lighting in the hallway I bet he could not see the hot pink color of her cheeks showing through. I could not stand staring at them any long and turned back the way I was going, and sprinted off in any direction.
When I could not breath anymore from the throbbing in my chest I stopped in front of a door with a piece of floss tied loosely around the door knob. I burst out laughing, shaking violently from my giggles. I wiped my wet eyes and let myself into my room.
Shutting my door ever so lightly hoping not to disturb my neighbors then I already have, I continued to take off my clothes and enter into my bathroom. It was my first time going into this bathroom it had a white marble floor with a flowery lilac wallpaper. It had a porcelain sink, toilet, and bath with gold accents. I walked over to the tub and turned on the hot water, then turned around looking for a towel.
I opened drawers and cabinets, even a linen closet was empty. It seemed as if someone took everything out besides the furniture; however, being as tired as I was I decided to air dry that night. Reluctantly I stepped into the steaming tub, and my thoughts melted away from me and I was in complete bliss.
