[Chapter Four: Sasuke's Name]

[Sasuke's Pov]

I finished eating my delicious tomatoes and the blonde picked up my plate and put it in the sink. I think I could get used to living like this, I mean it's way better than my life on the streets..

I yawned and stretched out my legs, showing off my claws. I was about to go find a place to sleep when i was picked up. I was surprised so my legs just kinda stiffened and dangled as the blonde's hand held me by my stomach.

Soon after I relaxed and adjusted myself ever so slightly so I was more comfortable. I'm still trying to get used to being held by someone who isn't trying to kill me. I meowed making the blonde, whos name I really need to learn, look down at me and smile.

"What, Buddy?" I meowed again. It sucks not being able to talk, I mean I can but I'd rather not creep him out and end up on the streets again. He smiled once more and looked ahead. I did the same.

When I did I saw a bed that looks so comfortable with it's grey duvet and matching pillows. I didn't notice before since I was sorta too busy wonder where the hell on earth I was. But now that I look at it, it makes me want to snuggle up in it and just be a hermit the rest of my life. Sadly I don't think the blonde would appreciate that too much..

I let out a squeak as the blonde literally jumped and landed on his back on his bed. I, Just like any other cat, dug my claws into his sweater and hung on to it for dear life. He chuckled and picked me up making me retract my claws from his clothing.

It's not funny, I pouted internally.

"So kitten what do you wanna do?" He asked as If I was going to answer. Not going to lie it was pretty adorable.

"You know what, scratch that, I think I should give you a name instead of calling you kitten.." He told me thoughtfully. I scrunched my eyebrows together.

"Meow." I almost told him I already had a name but I restrained myself.

"How about...Niko?" I growled. He held up his hands in surrender. When he put his hands down, the blonde sat up on the bed and laid me down on his legs. His back leant against the back of the bed and he just looked at me his hand on his chin.

"Okay... Kaoru?" I growled once more.

"Haru?" I shook my little kitten head making him chuckle.

"I could always name you after Sakura.." At this I hissed and sunk my claws into his leg making him yelp.

"Okay, damn!" He said pulling me off his leg and holding me up in front of his face. "That wasn't nice you know.." He added pouting. Oh how I would love to just shift and capture those lips with mine..

Bad Sasuke! , I scolded myself.

"Okay.. um, Rin, Seiji, Shoji, Taichi, I don't know any cat names!" He sighed in defeat. "I don't know. What do you wanna be called?"

"Meow~" I sighed internally and looked around the room until my eyes landed on a certain book that'll help me. [Naruto doesn't like to read, why he has book is beyond me... xD]

I wiggled free from his grasp and padded my way over to his bookshelf. I climbed onto the third shelf, leaving a permanent scratch in the side of his bookshelf but no need to worry..

I took hold of the book and jumped off with it in my mouth. I stopped when I got to the edge of the bed. I looked up and wiggled my little but getting ready to jump. When I had successfully made my way onto the bed I handed the book to the boy. Sitting proudly on his bed I watched the boy gap at what he had just saw.

"Well you're one tough cookie, now aren't ya.." I meowed in response and crawled onto the book.

"Pffft." He made a sound startling me I looked up. My tail was around his mouth. I quickly moved it away and wrapped it around my body.

When he finally looked down I scratched at the name of the author.

"Sasuke?" He read aloud. I smiled showing off my canine's. I meowed happily as he got the picture.

"Okay, Sasuke. I'm Naruto."

[Naruto's pov]

I watched as Sasuke curled up in a ball on the big bed alone. I wished I could go join him but I had to take a quick shower for work tomorrow. Kiba never wants to cuddle with me, it's upsetting because I usually have to force him to. But Sasuke seems to love cuddling.

I smiled at how small he looked, he must only be a few months old right?

It's sad how I found him but I'm pretty glad I am.

I gathered my clothes and a towel before heading into my bathroom. When I entered I quickly stripped and turned on the water to a warm setting. While it was warming up I put my dirty clothes into my hamper and made sure my clothes wouldn't get wet. When I returned it was warm enough for my liking I hopped in and washed up.

Getting out, I dried off and got dressed throwing my towel into the hamper as well. When I had in fact exited the bathroom I was immediately hit with adorableness. Sasuke was sleeping on the big bed on his back looking like a flipped over turtle. His legs were spread apart and he looked so cute and somewhat peaceful. I turned off the lights and turned on my alarm before slipping into bed with him.

Soon enough I let the darkness take over leading me into a peaceful night's sleep.

I was swamped with homework this weekend, It wasn't fun.
