Since it was mating season, Leo cautioned you to spend a little less time around the lair. So, you decided to go out with April and Kitanna to the mall.
"What about your ears?" You asked Kitanna.
She flickered them. "As long as people think they're fake, it's fine."
"Alrighty then," you replied.
You all walked into the mall, slightly fascinated by all the peoples you were kind of happy to be out of the lair for once. You felt a little free, being able to go where you pleased with your friends.
"Where to first?" April asked you.
"Hmm... How about (favorite store)?" You replied.
They nodded and followed you to (favorite store). You bought yourself a nice souvenir and let the others choose their stores.
After traveling to multiple stores, you and the girls stopped at the food court for a minute.
You felt someone's eyes were on you and glanced around worriedly. You realized that there was a table of boys looking at you three and obviously liking what they saw.
You did your best to ignore them and keep small talk with April and Kitanna, but you were soon interrupted by the boys.
Three of them, crowding your table, flirting down your necks.
"Hey sweet stuff," one said, leaning over your head. "Whadya say I buy you a smoothie?"
"Uh, no," you replied, turning away from him.
"Oh come on, please?"
You fought the one boy while April and Kitanna fought their own battles. April just ignored the boy and played with a napkin.
Kit, on the other hand, was growing annoyed. The boy flirting with her was touching her ears, growling at her feisty behavior and purring like a cat.
You finally had enough. "Go away! I have a boyfriend and these two are not interested! Get your head out of your butts and realize that!"
The boys stood for a moment in shock. They then slunk away, allowing you all to be in peace once more.
"Thank you, Y/N," Kit stated.
"Yeah, thanks," April agreed.
"No problem."
You finished your shopping and headed back to April's house, where you had been staying the past few days.
"Well, that was... Interesting," you stated, lying down on April's rooms floor.
April laughed. "That was awesome the way you put those guys down like that. Again, thanks for the save."
You laughed too. "You're welcome."

You walked into the mall, ready to do whatever with your friends. You had to stay away from Raph, due to the incident that happened two days ago.
So, to erase the awkward memory, April and Kit decided to go to the mall with you.
"Alright, Y/N, where are we going first?" Kitanna asked you.
