The Product of Neglect

Broken

Minato stared into Naruto's eyes seeing the anger and the sadness shining through.

"Naruto i felt that Narumi needed the training because she was the weaker one because you have the..." Minato was quickly cut off.

"Dont give me the bull, i know you were scared of me because i had the Kyuubi and you also wanted me dead," Naruto retorted and grabbed his own hair. "All the times i try to get accepted i always get beaten up or i get ignored. I asked to be trained by you but then you just shoo me off like im some kind of fly, Have you ever thought how i felt? Do you have any idea broken i am? do you have any idea how i find no love from anyone because of something you did and then you ignore me for it as well?" Naruto broke into tears. Minato stared in wide eyes as he finally realized how much pain he had caused his son. Naruto quickly walked out and didnt look back. Minato sat there only now knowing what he had done. He had destroyed his child emotionally. Then suddenly Kushina and Narumi walk in to see a shocked Minato, who then quickly got swarmed by the 2 girls and he told them about everything that happened and everything he said. Both women knew that Naruto was right and this just made them cry even more.

With Naruto

Naruto shook in anger. Being scared was a totally a valid reason to complete ignore a child and make him feel like he was worth nothing (this is a shit ton of sarcasm just saying). Till this very day, Naruto didn't know what love is and he feels like he doesn't deserve it. He can't even celebrate his own birthday. He never knew how it felt for someone to be proud of him and he never knew what it was like to be cared for, all because someone was scared... to take care of their own child because of something they did. Tears began to fall down and he put his back on the tree and started to cry.

"Is it wrong for me have love, or at least someone to care about me," 

Unknown to Naruto, his sister was looking for him and heard what he said. She froze in terror, she realized what she and her family had done. She quickly ran and hugged him, surprising Naruto.

"Im sorry, im sorry, im sorry," She constantly repeated. Once he realized he broke the hug.

"You have nothing to be sorry for Namikaze-san," Naruto said as polity as possible, making Narmi flinch. 

"Naruto..." She said quietly as she watched Naruto walk away. 

As Naruto walked away, he accidentally bumped into Kushina. 

"Hello Son are you heading home now?" She asked with care in her voice. Naruto ignored what she said and just replied in a monotone voice.

"Im sorry Namikaze-sama i promise it wont happen again," Naruto spoke and then walked away, leaving Kushina almost in tears. Only now did she realized how much they had grown apart, that she wasnt his mother anymore. She walked home only to see Naruto packing his things.

"NARUTO WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" Kushina yelled, not liking the look of this. Naruto looked at his 'mother', he used this term loosely,  and smiled.

"Sorry Nimikaze-sama, i was just packing my things i dont belong here, and also i put back all you're things back and you can do what ever you want with the room that i used," Naruto spoke through a fake smile, which Kushina could see straight through.

"But why would you want to leave your family?" Kushina asked in tears. Naruto walked to the door with the scroll filled with his stuff.

"What family?..." Naruto walked out the door, only leaving his tears of the memories that he had in that place. Kushina stared at where Naruto walked out and just cried tears which she thought she did not deserve. Narumi walked in at that exact moment and looked at her mom with confusion until the sight of her mother's tears explained everything clearly, almost too clearly.
