The hall was fantastic, the ceiling wasn't just any plain ceiling but it was a starry sky.
Poppy couldn't hide her excitement and gasped at the hall and how beautiful it looked.
Poppy looked over at the Hufflepuff table, Janey was in deep conversation with a blonde haired girl, who even from a distance looked quite spectacular.
Poppy couldn't help but feel jealous, She new that she had to make a friend also.
"Hi, can I sit here" poppy asked the closest girl.
"Uh, ew, no!" She shouted.
"Oh and don't talk to me!" She looked angry.
"I was only asking!" Poppy shouted, getting more angry every second.
Poppy would often fight with her sister, and often win, poppy had a bad temper.
But before she caused more trouble she sat down on the other end of the room., still felling annoyed.
"Can you pass me some bread?"
Poppy jumped, and looked up.
A boy with dark brown hair, blue eyes and freckles was looking at her.
"Oh, Um yea" poppy handed him a bowl of bread, she could feel herself going red and silently prayed he didn't notice.
"Thanks. So what's your name?" He said smirking, noticing her burning cheeks.
"I'm poppy, what's yours?"
"Oliver"
"Nice name"
Oliver went red this time, he never really got complimented.
"Thanks, you to. My mum is called poppy"
Poppy picked up a chicken lego and bit into it, it was so tasty, like no food Shed ever had before.
"This is so good!" Poppy took another two bites.
"Yes, it really is!" Oliver nosed his head.
Poppy and Oliver smiled at each other.
"Do you wanna sit with me tomorrow?"
Oliver looked shy all of a sodden.
"Sure, that would be great!" Poppy grinned.
