December 26th
Eliza and James went out for food, since John and I did it yesterday. But what had to be the best part of the day, was when Alice answered her phone!
"ALICE! ALICE, HI!" I screamed in to the phone.
"Erin calm down"
"YOU'RE ALIVE! Where are you? What the heck happened?" I asked frantically
" My house, and our power when out, I didn't and charge on my phone. " she says " my dad got a generator running... Before.." She trailed off
"... Oh....I'm sorry.... " I said sadly
Mister Alice's dad was awesome! It's a shame he bit it
" Ill meet you at you're house in 20 min " I say, shrugging my jacket on, keeping my phone to my ear
"Don't go outside Erin!"
"Bite me" I said with scarsum, trying to cheer her up, and hung up
I pulled a saber, and wished my fellow survivors a good bye, and headed out.
Usually when john and I went out for food, we only came across one of two zombies. With the both of use, we overcame them really easily. This once I was alone, the one time it was just me alone, 5 zombies came upon me. I was over powered. I got away, well most of me. I lost a chunk of my arm while fighting them off.
It smelled of decomposition, rotten flesh. It was putrid. I tried to hide it, as I walked up to Alice's house. Blood poured poured out of the wound, there was no way I could keep it from Alice.
I asked her if she could write this for me. There is only one way I could save Alice, put her in less harm.
I could feel it spreading, taking over my body. The infection spread down my neck and chest. It took over my thoughts.
There were rumors, that once you were bitten, you were dead in less than an hour,
my thoughts became only those of hunger, a ravaging hunger. Alice and one chance. Her chance.
Her hands shook, as tears poured down her face.
" I can't do this Erin!' she cried
"please..." I choked. She had a base ball bat in her hand.
"Erin, I can't!" she sobbed
"Alice... Save...y-your... self... K-kill...m-brains" I couldn't finish my sentence, it had taken me over. No matter how hard I fought.
She dropped the bat and braced herself. Both of our blood satin this paper, now, we are both, ravaging, decomposing zombies.
