Megs POV
Shock overwhelms me, I cannot believe what she had just said. I looked over for Carly and mouthed ' we need to leave now' she looked at me confused but I think and Andy felt the tense atmosphere and pulled back.
"What are you waiting for come on go home let's go greet everyone" I was at least I would expect her to talk more, about what and why also how she was here! I stop her from getting up to grab her attention.
" Don't you want to talk more about what happened or possibly is everybody okay?"I asked her.
She looks confused so quickly replaced it.
"Sure what happened to everyone." she said in a generic, fake sympathetic voice, and trust me I know fake when I hear it.
"Yeah they're okay" Carly and Marcy notice my disposition and discomfort.
"Good that's all well now, Do you know where my clothes are I want to see my mate." she said quite demanding like.
" Yeah it's over here" said Marcy and immediately got up and what kind of like a robot over to get her clothes. after they left the room I turn toward Carly and I'll point blank set it.
"This is not my Andy." Carly was shocked to say the least.
" Meggen! Come now, you know it's hard to recover from experience she's probably dying on the inside family was in danger hard It's hard on some people and maybe she just needs time." She reasoned.
"I guess you're right" I said scratching my head "But I don't get it how she wouldn't know what our family saying."
"Maybe, but as you said it's a family thing " I just finally agreed not to draw attention to myself l. But it doesn't make any sense, there shouldn't be any excuse for it. Maybe I should reconsider what Carly said, maybe it's stress. I just can't shake off this feeling of uneasiness. My wolf is restless I just don't know what to do. For once in my life I feel confused.
