A/N- So two years later and you finally get chapter 2. I hope people will still continue to follow this story and aren't to disappointed in the later addition. I have had a lot going on in the last 2 years and it's too much to explain right now. I hope you will forgive me and appreciate the fact that I am indeed writing again. But on the bright note this past Saturday I graduated from High School!!! so now it's Summer then College for me. But no worries I won't take as much time off as I did. You will get to read more soon. So now that I have apologized to you here is the next chapter of Life with a family of supernatural creatures. Hope you enjoy.
Chapter 2: Consequences.........
Elizabeth's POV
After a long night of no sleep I drug myself out of bed and just knew I had to face my parents at some point. I can't believe how angry my parents were last night. I knew they would be angry but not that angry. I just know my aunts and uncles will know by now since my dad doesn't sleep and neither does my uncles. Of course we all know they can't keep a secret.
I decided I should at least clean myself up before going down to see my family. I grabbed a pair of jeans from my closet as well as a comfortable shirt and shoes to wear that were cute enough to get past Aunt Alice without her making too much of a fuss about it. I really wasn't in much of a mood to deal with her commotion about how 'a young lady should always dress her best'. I took a quick shower then headed back to my room. I was still too scared to face them. I heard everyone make their way into the main room and knew it was time to head down. They wouldn't yell at me too much in front of everyone but, they would either ignore me or act like I did nothing wrong. I don't know which is worse.
On my way down the stairs I was greeted by Salvatore heading down for breakfast.
"Hey Aunt Lizzie!" He said with a bright smile on his face genuinely happy to see me I couldn't help but smile back at his enthusiasm. "Hey little buddy." I said back.
" What's Gamma making for breakfast today?" Salvatore asked me. He always called Gram Esme, Gamma while I called her Gram. "I believe it's French toast!" I said just as excited as he asked. Then I heard Reilly crying upstairs and heard Renesmee saying she would get her.
"Don't worry Ness I got her." I hollered knowing that would give me more time before I have to face mom and dad. "Sal, head down and get breakfast I will be down in just a minute with your sister." I said "mmmm'k" He responded jumping down the rest of the stairs.
I ran up the stairs and went to the guest bedroom that Ness and Jacob were staying in while they were in town. I found Reilly in my old crib that we set up in the Guest room for her. " Hey Reilly, it's OK Aunt Lizzie has you." I cooed as I lifted the two year old out of the crib and started for the stairs making sure to grab her bear that she carries with her everywhere (that I had won for her at the carnival last year) and the Sippy cup she used last night that needs washed. She latched on around my neck and I carried her down the stairs and to the kitchen. I placed Reilly in the high chair and gave her the teddy bear. I knew it was time to stop hiding and face my parents.
Surprisingly Breakfast didn't go so bad. I sat at my usual spot between daddy and Uncle Emmett and they both ate their breakfast (even though they didn't have to) and we had a nice conversation. No one yelling at me, no hidden stares nothing like that. It was after breakfast that I was going to be weird after everyone got to go their own ways. Ness was taking the kids to go see my Gram pa Charlie and step Gramma Sue. Uncle Emmett and Aunt Rose were going hunting. Erin and Jalice were going shopping with Aunt Alice ( mom said I had to stay here) and Asper was with Jasper working on Asper's car he would get as soon as he got his license in a year and a half. Now that everyone was gone things would be interesting.
