Germans are usually very polite in pubic settings and formal with strangers. They also have a unique way of stating things that we might find unusual, but alas, it's all very interesting and fun to learn.
The first part of this lesson is about greeting and giving farewells to people either in your home or people you pass on the street. So let's start with greetings.
