~Getting the proper amount of sleep is crucial. Being drowsy and grumpy all day is something most people don't want to deal with (example: my mom) here's a few ways you can wake up healthy!
Getting sleep
If your like me it's hard to fall asleep, and if your still like me you might have to take sleeping pills. Falling asleep isn't easy for some people, maybe your nervous or you just had a lot of caffeine. The easiest ways to get yourself to sleep are:
~Listening to slow classical music
~Doing exercises before bed
~Having a full day of moving around (not to tiring)
~Get in the habit of going to bed at a certain time
Ways to feel refreshed in the morning
Sometimes even with the best sleep (8 hours), you still wake up in the morning drowsy and crashing into walls. Here are ways to wake yourself up:
~Splashing cold water on your face
~Doing stretches
~Blasting loud music in your ears (me)
~Taking a walk
~Drinking caffeine
~Or just shove your self out of bed and get through the day....
