If you are related to these words, I know what it's like feeling that pain when some people start stabbing your heart with a knife and never stop. I can understand how hard it is to look at you in the mirror and try not to cry. The pressure that leads you to end up your life and just give up.
Today I am feeling really upset, I don't know why, but maybe I don't have any one right now to hold me and tell me that this is not going to be too long. A person who wants to know what I want to say, a person who will help me to overcome with these tough times of my life, a person who don't ask me "what happened?" but care for me.
Depression changes you totally.
Signs of depression, when you get upset you want to eat the whole thing present in your fridge and put on weight, or you just skip your meals and lose weight with a heavy change in your routine. You start disliking everything. I am feeling exactly right now; I thought you are like me when you're upset. I want to hurt myself or just go and crying out my lungs and just break down really badly. The worst thing is that I can't even let my tears flow out just because of people around me.
I am sorry if I am not writing something interesting because I am not totally into this, my mind is not working and my heart is paining. I just want to share my feelings with you and I don't know how to say and what to..
Ohk let me first overcome with my stuff and then I'll be here to talk about "Depression".

Yo guys! missed me? not at all hunh!. Well we were talking about this shit, depression. It's nothing but a huge mess with us. Even I can't explain you what to do when you are suffering from it. But yeah some things I do when I feel like depressed are:
1. Do not live alone- Yeah most of us likes to live alone when we are sad but do not do that because it will lead you to more weaker you. The point is, having your friends and family around can reduce your stress.
2. Eat chocolates- Not a bucket full of chocolates. Just eat a bite in some intervals when you feel down and ridiculous. Chocolate is the most easy and quickest way to feel light.
3. Do not skip meals- It could also be the reason of your anger and irritation.
4. Walk- Spent time on walking in a peaceful place like parks and religious places. You can also exercise because are also good thing to do with yourself instead of eating junk in your bed.
5. Play or listen to good music- The beauty of mankind! it is really comforting.
And so on... you can google many other ways I have a lot to write! JK!
Kids are the best stress buster unless they are of devils!..
