I woke up to the sun rising as usual, I was going out to get some water for my family. I went behind the bush and down a path towards the lake I was almost there when I felt a pair of hands grab me and pull me towards them. I managed to let out a small scream before they covered my mouth and pulled me into the depths of the bush. They handcuffed me and pushed me into the line full of fellow Africans in handcuffs. A child stepped out of line in attempt to run away and was shot right then and there. A single tear was brought to my eye before I wiped it away.

We walked in a line until sunset and then we were pushed into a small house it was cramped and I'm certain that no one could or will sleep. You would hear the occasional scream or a child weeping into their parent's shoulders, it was dreadful.
