Kids of The Doctor

chapter 1, Rose.

Rose POV.

I was running again I'd been doing that a lot lately, funny thing was I don't even know why I was running.
All I have from my mother is a blue book, I'm told that it looks just like her's, all I know about my dad is that he doesn't know about me and he goes by The Doctor, I know all the T.A.R.D.I.S I've read about it.

My mother had written in my book, in it it says,

When you run with the Doctor, it feels like it'll never end,
But however hard you try you can't run forever. Everybody knows that everybody dies and nobody knows it like the Doctor. But I do think that all the likes of all the worlds might just turn dark it he ever, for one moment, accepts it. Everybody knows that everybody die. But not every day. Not today. Some days are so special, some days nobody dies at all. Now and then, everyday in a million days, when the wind stands fair, and the Doctor comes to call...
...everybody lives.

I know that my mum died to save my dad, I know that my mother was very brave.

Out of nowhere someone was standing in front of me, I run right into them. "Sorry I didn't see you" I told the boy, he was about my age." No, it's alright, I'm Luke by the way" he told me. "Rose" I said. "So what are you doing here? " I asked him. "I was sent to come and get you" he told me. "By whom?" I asked. "My mum" he answered. "and who is your mother" I asked. " Sarah Jane Smith" he told me, I had heard about her from Jack Hartness. "So I supposed to come with you now" I asked him, he was just staring at me and I starting to get me uncomfortable.

"Oh! Yeah sorry, come on, take my hand" I just stared out of him with my eyebrows raised. "Is this a trick" I asked he. "No, it's not, you just have to take my hand so we don't get separated," he told me. "What do you mean separated? " I asked. "See this it's a vortex manipulator, it can take you anywhere you want to go in all of time and space" he said. " I know what a vortex manipulator is I have 1, I just wanted to I know what you meant by separated" I said. "Oh, well let's go then" he seemed a little sad. I took his hand (he got a little happier when I did took his hand might I add) and we were off!

When I can see again we were in a garage, only it didn't look like a garage it looked more like a science lab. "Hello, my Sarah Jane, you must be Rose! Very nice to meet you" Sarah said getting up from the computer desk she was at. "Nice to meet you too! I've heard lots of good things about you" I told her. "You have, your brother should be here soon, but in the meantime how about you tell us about yourself." "Sure" I said.

"Well, I was adopted when I was 3 year's old by a rockstar, his name was James Jackson. We want on the road a lot, I was homeschooled by his girlfriend, her name was Rose Lovegood, everything's pretty boring from the time I was 3 to the time I was 9, that's when I met Nicholas, he was adopted when he was 2, we figured out that we used to be in the same orphanage together but being only little kids we didn't remember each other, so anyway, his dad became the manager of my dad's band, so from then on we grew up together, everything was great, tell two year's ago, we were at our Hotel waiting for our parents to get back from a concert,

When we heard a noise come from the hallway, we want to see what it was, there in front of us stud a robot. at the time I had no idea it was a Dalek. It saw us and started saying Exterminate. Nick and I being 11 and a half year olds we were scared, that's when we saw Nick's dad and my parents on the floor behind it, not moving with they're eyes open not blinking. I was petrified, Nick however was furious and grabbed the whisk looking thing on the Dalek and pulled it out,

It shot a laser at me and everything went black, about 3 days later I woke up in a room I'd never seen before, I found out that I was supposed to be dead but I was a time lady and I regenerated, they told me I was at a place called Torchwood, they said they got a reading on the machine that said there was a Dalek in the hotel I was in and when they got there the Dalek was in pieces and Nicholas was nowhere to be found and all his things were gone,

I spent a year at Torchwood learning about my birth parents and learning as much as I could about all the aliens in the universe, I also found out that Nicholas was my twin brother,
Then last year I left Torchwood, before I left Captain Jack Harkness gave me my very own vortex manipulator and showed me how to work it, then I was off, a couple months later I ran into Nick and I told him about everything I learned at Torchwood and that he was my twin brother and our mum's name was River Song and I told him about the diary I've had since I was a baby and that she had written a note talking about a Doctor and that he was our father.

And I've been running around since then, I never stay anywhere for very long." I finished telling them my story.
"So, what did you use to look like?" Luke asked.
"I looked more like my mum, I had blondish brown hair that was really curly and blue eyes, but now I have brown hair and hazel eyes, and I don't look anything like my mum, at least I don't think do" I said. "Wow, it doesn't cease to amaze me, the whole regenerating thing" Sarah Jane said.

"We're back!" a girl yelled from inside the house. Sarah Jane looked over at me with a smile, "let's go inside and see your brother shall we?" She said to me. "We shall" I said with a huge smile on my face, I hadn't seen Nick for a year, Luke and I followed Sarah Jane inside the house, she led us to the living room, there was a girl with curly hair, Standing next to her, in all of his silly faced glory was my Idiot Brother. "Nicholas!" I practically tackled him in a hug. "Hello to you too Rosie, I missed you too but you could you stop strangling me" he said laughing. "Sorry" I said with a smile that matched his. "We've heard what your sister is up to, now it's time for you to tell us what you were up to" Sarah Jane said to Nick.
