The Girl from Wonderland ( Ciel x Reader fanfiction)

an unexpected visitor

Ciel's pov: I was walking through my garden one morning just to clear my head a bit and rethink things. The queen has had me on a case about a girl that went missing in the woods 3 weeks ago, I haven't had any leads yet and am ready to give and hand over to the police to take care of. The girl's name was Alice Liddle (your name for the story, just deal with it XD) the daughter of a rich nobleman in London, she and her family went for a stroll by the park and she ran off into the woods, never to be seen again. "Young Master." I heard Sebastian call from behind me, "yes Sebastian?" I said irritated as I turned around to face my butler, "what is it?" He did his usually bow and pulled out a chair from the bistro set. "Your afternoon tea is ready Young Master." I nodded and sat down in the chair as he pushed me into place. He served the tea and placed a piece of cake in front of me. "Today we have a Scottish cheesecake with a white chocolate drizzle." I took a bite out of the cake and swallowed, "it's good." Sebastian bowed again, "I'm glad you find it suitable to your taste my lord." After a moment of silence Sebastian spoke up, "my lord, you seem very perplexed today, shall I read to you?" a story didn't seem like a bad idea at the moment, it just might relieve some stress. I placed the teacup back on the setting, "a story would be nice Sebastian." He nodded and bowed, he pulled out a new book that I had not seen before in my library. "Sebastian, what book is that? I do believe I never seen that book in my library." He just smirked and opened the book. "It is a new one, it is called Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and it was released exactly 3 weeks ago." I just simply nodded and continued drinking my tea.

(still Ciel's pov) about an hour later Sebastian had finished the story and laid the book on the table. "Did you enjoy the story My Lord?" I just replied with a hum. "The beginning of the story sounded a lot like the way lady Liddle disappeared, Sebastian? How long ago did this book come out again?" Sebastian stood up and fixed his reading glasses, "three weeks ago sir, exactly." I stood up when I heard the sound of a young girl's voice. She sounded like she was calling out to someone. "Mr. Rabbit! Come back! Please! "The girl came running past the garden and darted into the forest. "Sebastian! Follow that girl!" I demanded, Sebastian nodded and ran after her with me trailing behind.

Your Pov: that silly rabbit, I thought we were going for a stroll by the lake, not traveling upstairs! (For people who understand that reference, I love you!) He climbed out of the hole and looked down at me from the top of the hole, "come, come now Miss Alice, this is a game of chase! Surely you can do better than that!" he smirked and kept running. I climbed out of the hole and chased after him. I was getting quite tired, it's not fair! He demands we play a game of chase; he calls me it and then runs as fast as he can! Can't he be it for a change! I'm running out of breath now, "Mr. Rabbit! Come back! Please!" I ran past a nice manner and then darted into the woods after him. He stopped at a base of a tree, "I win again Alice!" he said smugly. "Oh shut up bunny man!" I said playfully as I punched his arm. I heard footsteps behind me and quickly to see.................
