So, this is the first one.
This poem- I wrote this when I had been reminded of the time I've been on the process of moving on.
Always think positively. If a person has left you, that means someone better is coming. Smiles!
Save the Best for the Last
Forget what I must
Especially unwanted things from the past
'Coz time still runs fast
To move forward is fair and just.
I may be frightened and terrified
Now that you're no longer by my side
But still, I'll fight with His guide
Till to someone's world I'll collide.
It's hard and killing me inside
Seeing you so happy on the other side
Yet, you'll see me strong, I won't hide
Though with the pain I could have died.
I wished to see that you've regretted
So gave you chances you just wasted
No longer seeing what I badly wanted
It's time to face that everything has ended.
Accepting that it's finally over
Never you'll see in my eyes a single tear
Keep every memory locked and face what I fear
Now that I know you don't care.
Ashes of pictures burnt blend in the dust
Clocks tick-tocking so fast
'Tis the perfect moment to forget the past
And just save the best for the last.
