Once the bus pulled up to the school I was the last person to get out, I dreaded what would happen to me if Jason was there. I approached the front of the school and there they were Jason and two of his friends Lee and Clydie. I was shaking now I went closer to the front door and pushed it open when Jason said to me "Where are you going?" I responded with "library" he then pushed the door closed so I couldn't open it and said "that's no fun how about we beat you up instead, Guys hold him down!" Once I heard that statement I kicked him in the dick, swung the door open and ran as fast as I could, I ran towards the canteen but Lee and Clydie caught up with me and slammed me against the lockers punching my stomach causing me to fall to the ground. They kicked my side and punched me in the face then Jason turned up and grabbed me by my shirt, dragged me up and said "Don't ever kick me again fag!" He punched me in the face and let me fall to the floor.

I just lay there crying until I heard a voice "Are you okay?" I looked up and saw the guy that sat beside me on the bus, I just nodded and put my head back in my hands. "C'mon we can talk about it in the library if you would like, I'm not leaving until you take my hand also I hate seeing people sad." I looked up once again this time he was holding his hand out offering to help me up, I took it an he pulled me off the ground straight away. "Thank you nobody has offered to help me before that's very kind of you." He blushed "Aww no worries anyway I'm Dan what's your name?" I smiled and responded with "Phil, My name is Phil" , "That's a cute name, anyways do you want to talk about what just happened?" , "I would but the bell is just about to ring so meet you at the library at break?" Dan smiled and handed me a small piece of paper. "Sure see you there bye" he said while walking down the corridor. "Bye!" I shouted loud enough for him to hear. I looked at the small piece of paper he handed me it said: You're cute, Text me? Then it said his number. I blushed then quickly added him to my contacts and then the bell rang signalling first class which was science so I hurried off to science still smiling from when he helped me up. On my way to science I thought to myself -I think I have a crush!-
