The sun leaked in through a large window in a large bedroom. In this bedroom in front of the window was a large desk, covered with papers and pencils. The most note worthy item on the desk was single red earthen jar with a large yellow petaled flower planted in it.
The flower, unlike any other that would grow and bloom, had a face. Its expression was not one that seemed amused.
A melody seemed to float through the room, the clear sound of chords being played on a base filled the room. The flowers expression softened as soon as the song hit its ears.
A young angelic voice followed the chords
Lets go in the garden
You'll find something waiting
Right there where you left it lying upside down
When you finally find it
You'll see how it's faded
The underside is lighter when you turn it around
The voice got closer and closer to the flower
His face seemed somewhat happy.
A smile grew wide apon the humans face as they dnaced towards the flower
Everything stays right where you left it
Everything stays but it still changes ever so slightly
Daily and nightly
In little ways
they bent down in front of the flower, placing a kiss on its little head
Smiling sweetly at it and placing the bass down
they both sung the last part, grinning at each other like idiots
