Chapter 2

                                                                             Alexanders's POV

            I had watched Derek with his reaction to Stiles the boy who from what i could understand put his life on the line for the pack ever time there was a problem it bothered me that the boy was treated so badly he became family in those moments even more so when he accepted the bite from me. To know my own pack could treat him so poorly only angered me more and i cant understand why I know stiles isnt my mate. My feelings towards him were more of a fatherly love than anything else. Helping Stiles tell his father the truth was easy but what shocked me was my reaction to the man when i saw him. When i shock his hand i felt tingles of electricity the feelings you get when you find your mate. I will hate to have to tell Stiles that his father is my mate. I am pretty sure he will laugh and say welcome to the family but his father wont be so happy ill have to take this slowly to think i never had to leave beacon hills this whole time but with what stiles told me of his mother it was probably for the best that I did leave.

                I heard what sounded like a window open when we all went to bed my guess is either scott or Derek snuck in to stiles room better listen if it is Derek if he threatens Stiles again I'll have to do something about that.

"Damn it Derek stop doing that its annoying as all get out."

"You got some room to talk about annoying Stiles.So are you going to tell me why you left town?"

"No not right now anyway i need sleep so take off." I heard what sounded like a body hitting a wall.

"Start talking Stiles why did you leave?" thats my que so i walked out of my room and straight into stiles's room.

"I believe he said no Derek so its time for you to leave now or are you going to challange an Alpha that is stronger and older than you?"

Derek looked like he was haveing trouble with what he was seeing "What are you doing here?"

"Stiles and his father where nice enough to offer me a place to stay for awhile now i suggest you leave before i get angrier than I already am" He finally nodded realizing i'm protecting my pack member and left through the window I looked at Stiles and decided he needed to tell Derek everything that happened that night or else Scott was still going to try to get back with Allison.

"Stiles you know you have to tell them right?"

"Yeah i just dont like telling my best friend that his ex is a phyco."

"I know but how long can you keep it from them if they come through your window at night what if next time its while your sleeping and you in the middle of one of your nightmares."

Stiles got a far away look on his face and i wanted to smack myself way to go Alex remind to boy why he ran. I walked over to stiles and said "Sometimes talking it out to the people you care about can lessen the pain and the fear Stiles. Dont be afaid of how they will react just tell them maybe it will make the nightmares go away." he nods and i leave him to get some sleep closeing the door behind me i look to see his dad standing there.

"Gerard and Allison really did a number on my son didnt they?" he asks with a look of worry on his face. 

"Yes the best thing you can do is just be there for him he may have a nightmare tonight so dont be surprised if you see me in his room with him its an Alpha thing we always look after our pack members."
