I hate it when people say that because something is big, it must be terrifying. I used to have two great dane st. bernards, and tou would not believe how many people said that they were scary because of their size. Yes, people might say that if an animal is hige, it may be intimidating, and it could cause alot of harm. But, isn't the point of owning an animal all about taking risks? I mean, you take a risk walking a dog, letting a cat go outside, or even letting horses out into a pasture. All of these could end up in bad situations. So, next time you are scared of a big animal, just think, they could be just as scared of you. No, I am not saying that you can not be scared. I am just saying that you can not judge an animal by its size, it may not even know that it my weigh two tons, or even just 250 pounds. So, have fun. Read the stories of courage shown by horses, stop judging, and start living a little.
