I walked down the hall, ignoring the dirty looks Austin was giving me. "Jocelyn, tell him the truth,"Lainie told me, pushing me through the crowd of people.
"He doesn't care." Justin's back was facing me, and for the longest time ever, I haven't heard him laugh in two weeks, or smirk.
"Well, try explaining it to him! He wouldn't..." "Jocelyn!" Jacob walked up behind me. "Hi."
"Hi." He hugged me, but I didn't hug back. Just in time for Justin to see. He turned around, his eyes flickering with anger, and he turned back around.
I let go. "Listen, I'll catch up with you later,"I told him, running away to the dorm with Lainie.
"It's horrible." I plopped down on the bed. "Yeah, I know." "Tell him."
"Lainie, he could care less, I mean he's got-" The door opened, and Justin stood there with his shirt in his hand. "What?"
"Nothing,"Lainie said, rolling her eyes. "Okay." He didn't look at me, but he handed me a paper. "From Jacob." He turned around. "Justin-" He slammed the door, and I sighed.
"See, I told you."
