Eventually, my sobs turned into sniffles. Cameron was hugging me tightly and my head was rested on his shoulder. His hand made small circles on my back as my breathing slowly went back to normal. I was still in my bathing suit and I was running my fingers along my scars on my thigh. A door opened down the hall and hayes and nash walked in. Without hesitating I pulled a blanket over my body. I wasn't going to let him look at my ugliness AGAIN. Nash had a slight smile on my face and hayes inched toward me. He took the blanket off of me and grabbed both of my hands. Swiftly, he pulled me off Cameron's lap and hugged me. I tensed. "Listen, I'm sorry about running away like that. I had no idea what you've been through and I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. It's just- when I saw you, you looked amazing and I didn't know what to do so I froze and ran away. I really do apologize."  I slightly smiled but it was fake. He wouldn't ever like me and I felt bad that he had to make up lies for me to stop crying. Apparently, nash read my mind. "You ARE beautiful. Here, let me show you". I was then brought to the mirror and they pointed out everything they loved about me. Then, we went to the beach.

The California beaches looked fantastic. We spent the entire day in the water and goofing off. I felt like I got closer to the boys. It was around six and the water was starting to get cold. I ran out of the ocean and sat on a towel. Hayes soon followed and sat right next to me. "H-he-hey. Um well I um wasss uh wondering if uh you would like to go on a um date with me?" His eyes slowly met mine. "Of course!" I shouted. He smirked and his eyes darted from my eyes to my lips. He leaned closer to me. Was this actually happening?!
