After getting lunch with your friends, you start to head home. While you were walking, you heard whining and barking next to you. Looking over, you see two puggy little pugs tied to a bench. Smiling, you say hi to them. One was tan and black with one eye and the other was a fully black pug with his tongue sticking out. A blonde man on the bench looks down from his phone and pets the tan one."H-Hi...can I pet your dogs?" You ask shyly. He looks up at you and smiles,"yeah go ahead.They're friendly." You kneeled in front of the dogs, but out of the way for the people walking by. The pugs climbed onto your knees and tried to lick your face and hands. You laughed at the little black one that started rough housing with your hand. You look up at the man who was staring at you, but when he saw you, he looked back at his phone and blushing slightly."So" you say trying to make it less awkward,"what's your dog's names?" "Oh, this is Maya" pointing to the tan pug,"and this crazy one is Edgar...Edgar Allen Pug." He chuckles as he scratchs the black pug. You check the time on your phone. "Sorry, I gotta go. Bye, little ones. Take care."you sadly say to the pugs. You thank the man as you walk away. A little bit later, someone taps you on the shoulder. The man smiles and hands you a piece of folded paper."You forgot this, miss." He says and winks as he walks off. You feel your face heat up a little and continue walking. You open the note and read:
