Chapter 1

       Intro Lily's Point Of View ( one hour before the apocalypse)

 I was at my mom's house cooking breakfast while everyone got ready

after everything was made and set on the table there was a knock on the door. I ran to the door before my sister and opened it to find my best friend Glenn Rhee I his pizza uniform."He looks cute wait what am I thinking he doesn't like me" I came back to reality " two pizzas for lily" I smiled and giggled at his foolishness"

I didn't order pizza so you should bring that to the right person before you get fired. Glenn laughed " alright you caught me I just wanted to see my favorite Best friend." I smirked " I'm your only best friend." "Exactly okay I'll come back soon okay?" I nodded and went back inside.(later ) There was knocking at my door I thought it was Glenn but when I opened the door it was a man that was bleeding I rushed him inside and went to get my antibiotics I didn't have any I would have to run to the store I ran down stairs to my family." Okay what I need for you us to do is clean his wound up while I go to the store and get some medicine, they all nodded and started to clean the man's wound. I grabbed my key put my bag on the headed for my Harley and took off.

(ten minutes later)

I parked my motorcycle in the front I looked around it was like a ghost town. I walked towards the store there was no one at the front counter so I went looking for the medicine aisle on the way I passed a weapons wall " well since no one it around maybe I could take one or two I looked on the wall and spotted a crossbow and two daggers I grabbed the holster for each weapon and set everything up the I decided to grab a samurai sword just in case I lose something I heard noise coming from the back. I was being curious and walked towards the noise when I stepped on something it was bloody handcuff it reminded me of a old friend I used to have his name was Cole train his dream was to an elite assassin but his crime stopped that dream and I never saw him since that is when I met Glenn and we became best friends. I heard the noise again and this time when I walked I found where the noise was coming from there was a figure draped over a body lying on the ground It didn't sound like crying though it sounded like something was getting torn apart I looked at the two figures."Hey excuse me?" I said the figure turned around making what looked like wires snapped and something dripped off of this person's face it ran towards me I backed up until I hit the wall when it got to me I already had my daggers ready it tried to bite me so I stabbed it in the head it fell limp and I ran out of there like there was no tomorrow I got on my motorcycle and rode off.

( ten minutes later)

I parked my Harley and ran inside when I entered it was quiet I looked around I didn't see the wounded man anywhere I looked upstairs. The I ran downstairs only to come face to face with the wounded man his eyes looked different and again he was trying to bite me so I stabbed it in the head when I got to the living room I saw my mom and I ran up to her " mom are you okay " that was my biggest mistake ever she turned around and started to walk towards me and the same thing happened with her eyes they were different and she tried to bite me I didn't want to do it but if I don't she will bite me then I will become one of those things so I closed my eyes and I stabbed her right in the forehead .Just then Glenn came through the door " Lily we need to go now " he said worried I nodded but went upstairs and got some clothes and then headed out. "Okay let's take my Harley" he nodded and then we were off we rode to the interstate where there were a bunch of cars we continued to ride up the middle until we saw a R.V. and we saw them go to a different trail so Glenn and I followed and stopped at this place which I'm guessing is a camp ground. A guy stood on top of a car and spoke" for those of you who don't know me I'm Shane I need everyone to listen we are setting up camp here where we are safe for now but we need some supplies we need some supplies from the city I need some people to go get some supplies such as food water and clothes if possible so please raise your hand if you can go." A girl named Andrea went a guy named T-dog went a guy named Merle went and then Glenn raised his hand to go.  I looked at him in shock and he looked a me" I'm dong this to help h group and contribute so they don't think i'm useless he said as he went to the the car that the group went in. when they left  Shane spoke again " okay now we need people to hunt for food who can hunt really well raise your hand of course I rose my hand and a guy I think named Daryl rose his hand " good I need you two to get the food for tonight okay? " We nodded and headed off.
