THE Perfect Two (Harry Styles Fan Fiction)

The Plan

~Harry's PoV~

I honestly had no idea what to expect being around five girls. They were crazy, especially for people who just woke up. Every time I would try to speak, they would just 'shush' me and keep talking. I was getting sick of it. "Hey girls!" I yelled.

They all stopped talking and looked at me. "What?" Katie snapped.

I cleared my throat. "Well, I came here to ask you girls something and you agreed to help me. Can we get to business? Remember when I told you I was going to propose to Emily? Well, yeah, I actually need help with this! How do you guys want to be proposed to? I need some ideas."

I watched as the girls sat down and started to think. I thought girls had all this planned out like way before it actually happens... I guess I was wrong...

Samantha was the first to respond. "I think that I would want my boyfriend to propose to me on a beach. Like, we would spend the whole day together at a fair or something and then after, go for a romantic walk on the beach. At sunset, he would stop walking and get down on one knee like they always do. I would want him to prepare a really cute speech, then end with something like 'Samantha Rose Prince I love you with all my heart and I want to spend the rest of eternity with you. Will you marry me?'"

All the other girls, except for Katie and Hannah, 'awwwwed'. I noticed the two of them not saying anything. "So what about you two, Hannah and Katie. How do you want to be asked?"

"Well, if I ever did start believing in love, which- lets face it- probably will never happen, I would want something simple. Something not very romantic. Like we are in a library, and right as I pick out a book, he would take my hand and get down on one knee. He would simple just have to say 'Katie, will you marry me?' and I would probably say yes," Katie answered.

I looked over at Hannah, encouraging her to tell what she would like. She rolled her eyes before answering. "I'm with Katie. Something simple, maybe even a little funny. Like order a cheese pizza and then write on the inside of the box 'I know this is cheesy, but will you marry me?'"

I laughed along with the rest of the girls. "That would be funny, but Emily deserves better then that. It has to be romantic. Sammi's was good, but the fair wont be here until August, she'll probably be showing by then. She couldn't go on any rides anyways. Anyone else know what they want?" I questioned, playing with my curls.

"I think I know what I want," Bailey smiled. "I think I would want him to take us to a playground, like one for little kids, and then we just play there for a really long time. Eventually, like right before we leave, to just have him randomly get down on one knee and propose."

Again, the girls 'awwed', except for Hannah and Katie. Samantha and Amanda responded by saying "That's so cute!" 

"Amanda, you're the last one. Speak up, I know you probably have a lot to say," I commented.

She continued to think for a little while longer. Finally, she answered, "I think it would be really cute like if we spent the entire day together. Like we could go out for coffee, then watch a movie in the theater, and so on. Then we go to a beach, and there is a picnic all set up for us. When we sit down, there is a little note under the candle light that has a really cute message on it. Then after I read it, look up at him while he stands on one knee and then he asks me to marry him."

"OMG! That is so cute!" Samantha marveled

"I would love that!" Bailey added.

The two girls sat on the red love seat smiling like idiots. I think I like Amanda's the best... but I want to do something that Emily would want, not Amanda. I contemplated my options. "I only have one chance at this, and I want it to be perfect for her. What do you think she would want?" I asked the girls hopefully.

Again the five girls started to think. "Why don't you just say 'Hey, will you marry me?'" Katie suggested.

I made a face at her. "I told you before, it has to be romantic. I don't want it to be something simple."

"Well, then Katie is out! Peace motherfuckers!" Katie hollered as she slamed Bailey's door shut.

"It's okay, she left because there is no ounce of romance in her... at all," Bailey informed. 

I rolled my eyes and continued to think. "Are you guys going to help me at all?" I asked, rubbing my eyes.

"Well why don't we start out by picking a date?" Samantha suggested.

"Well, her favorite number is eight, so we could do something on the eighth. or we could wait a month and I could ask her on our five month anniversary," I answered.

"I'd say wait until your anniversary. That way, 1. she will know you remembered and 2. I think it's cute when guys do that," Bailey advised.

"Okay, so the date is set. Now what?" I questioned.

"Where do you want to propose?" Amanda blurted.

"What would she want?"

"I don't know!" Samantha exclaimed.

"Well you should! You've known her longer! Hasn't she ever brought it up?" I snapped back.

"Now that you mention it, I think she did when we were walking one day," Bailey spoke. "I think she said she wants it to be where they first met."

"Okay, now we have-" I started, but stopped when i saw Emily burst through the door.

"Ready to go babe? I'm bored, and the guys are probably awake now," Emily interrupted.

"Umm, yeah I think we're done, I'll be out in a second," I answered her. Then I turned to the four other girls, "I think I have an idea, but I need help with the ring yet. You think you could help me out?" I whispered to them.

Samantha, Bailey, and Amanda nodded while smiling. "Come on Han, lighten up already. Soak in some of the romance!" Samantha commanded, slapping her friend on the arm.

Those were the last words I heard before I walked out the door to find Emily offering me the leash for her dog Bo. "Can you just walk him back home? My arms are getting tired. They pull a LOT."

I'll try to make the next update longer... it will probably be a mixer of both PoVs :)
