Chapter 4

SORRY ITS BEEN A WHILE. I HIT A ROADBLOCK WITH THIS FOR A WHILE. DONT WORRY IM STILL WORKING ON THEM. BUT LESS OFTEN AS MY EXAMS ARE CLOSE SO I NEED TO STUDY A LOT.

Okabe was falling through darkness. No sound, Not touching anything, Blind and not breathing. He tried to speak but no noise came out his mouth.
"Relax, you are in no danger. You are here in soul only."
Okabe tried to speak again but still made no sound.
"I know you are confused but you will get your answers in time. Right now i summoned you for this."
There was a flash of light as a sword appeared infront of him. It handle had a barrel with a trigger at the grip. It looked like a revolver. It had a swich next to the trigger. By looking at it it had three functions. It could shoot, cut or incinerate by lighting the blade on fire. The blade itself had the picture of a pheonix on it.
"Now, we shall meet again in the future...... Houine Kyoma" (A/N: If theres a space between itsel and f then fyi, i cant fix it. It doesnt show on editing, but it shows on preview. If it doesnt happen then ignore this message)

Fairytail guildhall(Okabe's P,O,V)

"Please"

"For the last time, no i will not fight you"
God, Natsu's annoying.
"Why not"
I held up three fingers.
"Three reasons. One, i cant fight, im still training so it would be one sided. Two, im busy with this."
I pointed to the pair of phones i was working with.
"And three, im still trying to controll my dragon slayer magic"
I figured i could use water dragon slayer magic after a few weeks. Im still not sure what all of my abilities are.
"What is that anyway"
I turned to see carla landing on my shoulder. I didnt mind her, but she just lands on me without warning.
"This is a site-to-site-tellecommunication-mobile-hand-held-minature-data-capable-touchscreen-multifunctional-device. Or cell phone for short. It rellies on cell towers and satalites to work. But because theres non of those in this world, im have to modify them to work without that."
Carla seemed interested, and she understood what I had said. Natsu however looks like i spokee 500 languges at the same time.
"How does it work"
" As you talk into it the phone converts your voice into an electrical signal, which is then transmitted as radio waves and converted back into sound which is picked up by anouther phone."
Natsu had an even more confused look on his face, which i didnt think was possible.
"Japanese please"
I just sighed and dumbed it down
"Ill be able to talk to whoever has this other phone over long distance.... SON OF A BANNANA!!!"
Damn that hurt. I pulled my hand back as the battery had a little explosion. it seems that the battery will need repairing.
"Christina..."
Kurisu came into the hall yelling
"How many times do i have to say, its not Christina"
I just ignored her and walked over to the job board.
"We're gonna need to do a job so i can buy supplies. Battery exploded so it needs repaired."
I pick one that looks easy with a payment of 1,500 jewels. Just more then enough.
"We're going to a small village to help decipher a book."
I walked out the hall after putting the phones away.

???????(normal P,O,V)

"Where am i"
The girl woke in a strange room. She couldnt remember anything before then.
"Dont worry. Your at the triheart guild."
The girl looked at the person talking. He had on a black torn leather jacket, with spikey blonde hair and menacing red eyes. He gave off an evil aura.

Streets of magnolia (Kurisu's P,O,V)

My first job wasnt bad, all we had to do was decypher a book, which it turns out the man was reading upside down. It sounds like something only Okabe would do. Okabe was at the scrap shop, trying to find the parts he needed for the phones. It would be usefull if we could use them.
"Hey Kurisu. How are you"
Lucy had walked up from behind me. She had plue with her.
"Im fine, still trying to get used to magic"
I held out my hand and made my 'Ruby Rose' sword appear. It absorbed fire as its power.
"Yeah, i heard that you came from a world without magic from the master"
I nodded. It still seems weird to me.
"Well, you'll get better soon."
Shortly after Okabe walked out and threw a pouch towards me, which i barely caughy.
"here, its 900 jewels. Thats enough for a mounth rent for the apartment you wanted."
W... Realy. Thats most of what we earned. Why is he being so nice.
"Well, see you later. I need to fix the phones"
He walked off before i could reply.
"Well, lets go check that apartment he said you liked then."
I nodded and walked with Lucy, as she laughed at what happend on my first job.

Notes
I said something horrible would happen to him. A battery exploading isnt good is it (EVIL SMIRK)
And about okabes power. He may have had the information about it given to him, but it is in the unconscious part of his memory. So he has to discover his powers bit by bit. Time slayer magic uses all the other slayer attacks (half as strong) Plus an atherial Roar and an ability that ****** *** ** **** *****. Im not going to ruin his ability yet. So Read on. Also the sword (adapted from squals gunblade which i dont own) will be used in later chapters.
