The two boys sat and got to know each other. "How old are you, Sonny?" Joel asked. " 16", Sonny replied. "Oh, I'm 20" Joel answered. A black and white cat came and sat on Sonny's lap. "This is your cat?" He asked. " Yeah, his name is Meowingtons. How do you know him?" Joel said. "Oh, I always see him when I'm walking to school. I always pet him, and then we became friends. Once I even gave him left over meat ." Sonny said. Joel brought out a laptop. He started to play a song. "Whoa, mang, that was amazing!", The young boy said, "listen to mine". He started to play Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites. Joel's eyes widened with amazement when he heard the drop. "Dude, you got skills!!"Joel said. " We have to get this in a club".
"What?", Sonny asked. "Yeah, you gotta make some more! "Let me get some sleep, mang!" Sonny Said. The two slept, hidden in the darkness of the ally. It wasn't so cold where they were. The sun came up and Sonny woke. His arm accidentally hit Joel . "The fuck, man?", Joel said with a bit of anger. " Ugh, dude, I had this weird dream and I ran away from home, and slept in an ally with you-- wait, its true. Sonny sighed. Joel giggled. Crazy goblin, Joel thought.
Meowingtons ran away. "Dude your cat is getting away" Said Sonny. "Nah, he always goes out in the morning" Joel said. "Oh yeah, this is when I go to school.", the younger boy said. School, Sonny was glad that was gone. A few minutes later, the two submitted their songs.
"Think they would like them?" Sonny asked."Sure of it", Joel responded. "We listened to the songs", a lady said. Sonny and Joel hoped for a good answer.
