Regina was woken up by someone whispering, "Mommy, mommy." She rolled over to see her 3 ear old daughter's eyes peaking up from the side of the bed. Regina smiled, then sat up. She looked down to see Robin's arm draped across her middle. She slipped out from under his arm and went to their daughter. Her chestnut hair was a mess from sleeping that night. "What is it, sweetheart?" Regina asked. "Can  go over to Auntie Emmy's house today?" Regina looked over at the clock. It read 1:00. "Honey, you can, but not this early in the morning. Try to go back to sleep." Her daughter looked up at her with big blue puppy dog eyes. "But Mommy, I can't sleep." Regina picked her daughter up and set her in the bed between her and Robin. "I know how it feels. Just try, Reagan." Regina began to play with Reagan's hair, and in a few minutes, everyone in the bed was asleep again. Well, except for Robin, who was smiling at his little family.

Robin was the first to wake up. He slipped out from under the covers gently, not to wake is wife or daughter. He tip-toed downstairs, turned the kitchen light on, and began cooking breakfast. Not many minutes later, he could hear Regina get up and put Reagan in her room. Seconds later she was rubbing his shoulders. "Good morning, my love." He said, turning slightly to kiss her. "In a few hours Reagan will be up, too." Regina said, then adding,"She wants to go to Emma's. Is that okay with you?" Robin nodded, then turned back to cooking. "Your birthday is close. Do you have anything special you want, love?" He asked lovingly. " I have all I need. And no, I don't have anything that I really want." He chuckled, knowing she would say this. She had said it for all four years they had been together, and even the ones before they were married. "Love, I want to give you something. How do I know what to get if you don't tell me?" Regina laughed, saying, "If you really want to get me something, you can talk to Emma. I bet she's been going around stores already searching for something to buy me. May I ask that if you get anything, let it not be too expensive?" Robin nodded, turning around to face his wife. "As you wish, milady." He kissed her, cupping her cheeks with his hands. "Eww. Can I just have some breakfast for once?" Reagan asked, shielding her eyes from her parents kissing. Regina and Robin laughed, giving her a plate of eggs, toast, and bacon. She smiled in delight, then sat down at the table and ate her breakfast happily, forgetting her parents ever kissed in front of her.
