"Honey, it's time to get up" My mom said shaking me gently. I used to love her voice as a kid. I looked up and saw her. She had huge bags under her eyes, and her hair was up in a ponytail.
Remembering last night, I felt nothing. No emotion. Just numb. Everything, was numb. Shocker.

I just want to stay home, I don't feel like going to school. Chelsea is my best friend, but we have no classes together, we don't even have lunch together.

"Good morning" I said quietly, while stretching.

"Chelsea will be here in 30 minutes, so I'd hurry up." She said sniffling.
Chelsea picks me up everyday for school.

I got up and threw a pair of leggings on and a tie-dye t-shirt. I went to the kitchen and saw my mom reading.

"Did you eat anything for breakfast?" I asked casually.

"Oh no I'm not hungry" She said flipping her page. My mom really is gorgeous, despite all of her mistakes, she's probably one of the most beautifulest girls I've ever seen. She had dark big brown eyes, and nice wavy hair.

I poured some cereal and milk into a bowl, and ate up.

We just sat there in silence, her reading her book and me eating cereal.

"So how'd you sleep?" I asked awkwardly.

"I'am trying to read." She snapped. I didn't reply, and went to the bathroom and did my makeup. I brushed a few layers of mascara on, and through on a coat.

About ten minutes later Chelsea pulled in our driveway and honked her horn. I ran outside with my backpack and jumped in her car.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey! Good Morning!" She said smiling.

"Whats got you in a happy mood?" I asked giggling a little bit.

"Well, I am official taken." She smiled looking in the mirror fixing her makeup.

"What! Who?" I said smiling. I can't believe she's actually taken. I've never dated or kissed anyone in my life for the matter of fact

"Leviah" she said smiling wide.

"Wow, dang girl." I was happy for her, I really am. I never really thought of being with someone. I honestly don't think that'll ever happen. I'll probably be the one old lady eating doritos, and cuddling with my cats.

She drove out of my driveway and to school. The rest of the car ride was silent. I don't even know what to say to my best friend when I'm jealous of her. She has amazing parents, a boyfriend friend. And I have nothing. Well I have her. But, we don't even talk during school.

She pulled into the school driveway and parked. We walked into the school, together.

"Well I have to go to my locker. So I'll see ya?" I said waving my hand.

"Okay, bye" She said waving.
We went and dispersed into different directions. I went to the hall where my locker was. Everyone was staring at me and giving me dirty looks. Anxiety filled me, this is why I hate school. I ignored the stares and walked to my locker.

"Murderer", was written all over my locker with red lipstick. Tears filled my eyes. I am not going to cry. I am not going to cry. I held the tears back, and they left before I counted to three.
I opened my locker slowly, ignoring all the looks from people. Just because my Dad was murdered doesn't mean I was the one who killed him. I grabbed my books out of my locker and slowly walked to my class.
