Night three: a dream or reality?

Kendrick P.O.V

After Shira and Kira ran back to the the class, I picked up the unconscious new guy, who I never caught the name of, and carried his to the infirmary. Once i walked in, I saw my mothers familiar red hair running around the infirmary like usual.

"Ahem." I coughed to catch her attention.

My mother looks over at me with her bright green eyes and smiles before her gaze landed on the unconscious boy on my back.

"Lay him down on a bed," she ordered me quickly. "what happened to him?"

"He saw Shira after she fed," I said quickly putting him down on the bed as lightly as i could. "Then he fainted, Alison couldn't erase his memory though."

"Thats odd but I can alter his memory for them," She said hurrying to one of the medicine cabinets. "Just who is he anyways?"

"..." i looked away from my mother trying not to look clueless. "Edward?"

I can feel my mother look at me with a disappointed expression, I can already hear what she's going to say to me.

"Just like your father," She sighed tiredly. "Not listening in less its useful to you."

"Whatever," I muttered but quickly regretted because my mother pulled on my ear harshly. "Oww!! Let go!!! Your going to rip off my ear!!"

"Just get back to your girlfriend," my mother said teasingly after releasing my ear. "You know, Shira....your one-sided love."

"Sometimes I have doubts that you are an a adult," I said while making my way out. "See you later."

"You didn't deny your love!!!" My mother laughed at me and I walked back to class trying to forget what she said.

"Why can't she worry about herself?" I groaned while I made my way back to class. "Always butting into my business."

Shira P.O.V

While me and Kira sat in class, I couldn't keep my mind off how I'm the world I was going to explain everything to Emilio when he comes back? Will my family have to move? Will my brother "take care" of him like last time?

"I'm doomed." I groaned letting my head fall onto my desk.

"Oh, hi doomed," Kira laughed. "I'm Kira."

"Kira," I said tiredly. "I'm not in the mood to laugh right now."

"But I am." She giggled.

Suddenly the door opened and Kendrick walked in as if nothing happened, he ignored the teacher and took his seat between me and Kira.

"Is he awake?" I asked in a whisper voice.

"Not yet," he sighed. "But mom said she can "modify" his memory for you."

"Oh thank the moon goddess," Kira sighed. "Now Shi-shi can't stop worrying."

"Tell your mom I said thank you," I said before hugging Kendrick. "You really saved me."

"Yeah," Kendrick said. "Now let go of me."

"Nope!" I said popping the "p".

"Let me on this too!" Kira said tackling me and Kendrick onto the floor making us laugh.

"You three in the back!" Our teacher yelled. "Stop disrupting the class!"

"Sorry!" We yelled quickly sitting in our seats.

Thank goodness that I won't be in trouble.

Emilio P.O.V

"Ugh," I groaned while opening my eyes seeing that I'm in what I believe is the nurses office. "What happened?"

"Oh," a female voice said. "You've finally woken up."

I look over to my right seeing a woman with red hair and bright green eyes wearing a white lab coat.

"I'm nurse Smith," she said. "What's your name?"

"My name is Emilio," I said rubbing the back of my head. "Emilo Silverstone."

"Well, Emilio," she started. "You were found unconscious in the hallway by my son, Kendrick smith."

"I was?"

I tried to recall what happened but nothing, I just remember that Shira girl run out the classroom and me chasing after her. Suddenly I saw blood and a unconscious girl with a wound on her neck.

"What the hell?" I muttered.

I looked around seeing that I'm the only patient in the room, what was that?

"Something wrong?" Nurse smith asked breaking me from my trance.

"No," I said quickly. "Just wondering what time it is."

"There's only a few minutes of school left," she said. "You might as well go home and rest."

I nodded before getting up from the bed seeing my school bag in a chair next to the bed along with a note that was neatly folded.

I smiled at the note and carefully put it away before walking out of the nurses office and out of the school. Shira seems like a nice girl....Maybe that was just some messed up dream....There is no way that a nice girl like her can be something like a vampire....Right?"

Sorry about not updating in a while....having problems with my internet but I still will update when I get the chance.
