Daylight Vampire

Night two : caught red fanged

Shira P.O.V

"Emilio," Mr. Woods said. "Your seat is next to Ms. Blood in the back."

My eyes widened, why next to me!?!

"Raise your hand Ms. Blood." Mr. Woods ordered.

"Why me?" I groaned raising my hand hearing both Kira and Kendrick snicker.

"Okay," Mr. Woods said. "Take out a sheet of paper and start on your assignment."

Emilio made his way up the stairs towards the back and took the empty seat to my left, he looked at me with a questioning look. Why is he looking at me like that?

"Shi-shi," Kendrick said making me look over at him. "Your arm is still up."

"Oops," I said putting my hand down quickly. "Thanks Kenny."

"Hi I'm Kira!" Kira semi yelled/said to Emilio.

"Nice to meet you," I heard a cool voice with a hint of a British accent that caused my nerves to go crazy. "I'm Emilio."

"Can I call you Leo or Emily?" Kira said.

"I prefer Leo, if it is alright?" Emilio said.

"Nah, i'll call you Emily!!" Kira cheered trying to jump over me and Kendrick but ending up tackling Kendrick onto the floor and straddling him down.

"Kira, calm yourself!" Kendrick groaned trying to get her off while me and Emilio laughed. "Get off! You're too heavy!"

"No I'm not!!!" Kira pouted still straddling Kendrick down.

I rolled my eyes while Kendrick and Kira kept arguing on the floor before turning my attention to Emilio.

"Hi, I'm Shira and the one that is basically being sexually harassed by Kira is Kendrick." I said.

"Nice to meet you Shira." Emilio smiled.

"Help! I'm being crushed!" Kendrick whined. "I see the light!!"

I rolled my eyes and got up to help pull Kira off of Kendrick but she was too heavy for me to pull up.

"Kira," I groaned. "What have you been eating to get this heavy!?"

"Right!?" Kendrick groaned.

"I'm not heavy!!" Kira yelled. "You two are just too weak!!"

"Allow me to help you." I heard Emilio say before a pair of arm came from behind me and overlap my hands.

Suddenly I felt my fangs start to extend more and a wave of bloodlust wash over me, I quickly let go of Kira and covered my mouth with my hands. Kendrick gave me a worried look before I broke out of Emilio's arms and running out of the classroom to the girls bathroom.

Kendricks P.O.V. ( yay!! Kenny gets a P.O.V!!)

I look up at shira and saw her fangs extend and her blue eyes flash red.

Damn....she's going through her bloodlust mode...I've only seen this once and it was back when she awakened on her thirteenth birthday at school and now its happening here out of all places and time.

Shira shoved herself out of new kid's embrace and ran out of the room, during the confusion I managed to shove Kira off of me and quickly whisper into her ear.

"Shira is going into bloodlust," I whispered. "I'll call Alison, you go make sure she doesn't find her blood affinity type."

"Okay." Kira said before running after Shira.

Kira P.O.V. (Surprise!! Kira gets a P.O.V. too!!)

After Kenny told me that Shi-shi was going into bloodlust, I chased after her scent trail to the girls bathroom to see her curled up on the bathroom floor.

"Shi-shi!!" I called out before running to her side and hugging her close.

"K-Kira?" Shi-shi stuttered. "D-Did you c-call A-Alison?"

"Kenny is on it!" I yelled. "Just hold on a bit longer!!"

"I-I can't," Shi-shi cried. "I-I can't c-control myself m-much longer."

I started to freak out, where the hell are you Alison!? We need you!!!

Suddenly the bathroom door slammed open and a crying human girl ran in with a trail of tears going down her cheeks...crap...she just had to come in crying the day Shi-shi is in bloodlust? Irionic, huh?

I look over at Shi-shi and see that her eyes are open but not blue....they were blood red. Shi-shi moved fast and already was behind the crying girl before plunging her fangs into her neck.

"No!" The girl cried. "Please stop! Help me!"

The girl started to look drowsy before Shi-shi dropped her onto the floor with her eyes turning back to blue and her mouth covered by blood, Shi-shi started to sway..

"Shi-shi!" I called running over to her and hugging her. "Is it really you?"

"Who else?" She laughed lightly.

"Thank god!" I sighed. "Let's go back to class."

Shi-shi nodded and we made our way to the bathroom door and opened it to see Leo outside of it with Kenny and Alison, He looks at us relieved before looking into the bathroom seeing the unconscious girl in the bathroom. He looked over at Shi-shi and his eyes widened, I look too and saw that Shi-shi still had blood on her mouth. Crap!! We're screwed!! I look back at Leo before he fainted, I guess he's scared?

Shira P.O.V

One minute I finished feeding and the next Emilio catches me with blood on my mouth and faints from the shock.

"Crap!" Kira said. "Quick! Wipe your mouth Shi-shi!"

"Okay," I said quickly wiping the blood as I saw Alison rush into the bathroom and erase the unconscious girl's memory before. "Alison hurry!!"

"There," Alison said walking over to Emilio. "Now him."

She kneeled over him and started to erase his memory but stopped quickly and give me a worried look.

"What is it Alison?" I asked.

"I can't erase it," she said. "Its like he can't forget it."

"Damn," I said. "Then how abo-"

Brrrinng!!!

"Crap," Kendrick cursed. "First period is over."

"Get back to class Alison," I told her. "We'll tell dad about this later."

Alison nodded before running back to her part of the school as Kendrick picks up Emilio.

"I'll drop him off at the infirmary," He said. "You two hurry back to class."

"Thanks Kendrick!" I said giving him a quick hug before running to our classroom. "I owe you one!!"

Probably can tell that what's gonna happen next, huh?

Well...I'm not giving anything away for the next chapter but I am saying that I'm putting up some character info next to get to understand them a bit more.
