Sam's POV
Ha no one likes Dom.
Grian's POV
"Sam," I asked. "Are you a bully?"
"What? No!" Sam said. "Dom's the bully!"
"Right..." I said. I looked in the direction Dom went. I looked back at Sam. He was talking to Taurtis about Dom. I looked back at where Dom went. I took a deep breath and walked in that direction.
"I never knew there were classrooms down here..." I muttered to myself.
I reached the dark, empty class at the end of the hall. I could hear Dom crying in it.
I walked in carefully. He was sitting in the corner of the room, covering his face. I walked over to him, then realized I didn't know what to do.
"Uhh, hey Dom..." I said.
He looked at me for a second, but covered his face again.
"Go away..." He sobbed.
"Uhh..." Well this was going well. "Err, I know Sam can be a bit... Harsh at times, but..."
"But what?" He said. "All the things he says are true."
"No. Sam is crazy. He doesn't know anything."
"Whatever. He's a better person than me anyway..." Dom still wasn't looking at me. "People like him, like Invader, even me, he cares about his friends..."
"Taurtis, maybe..." I muttered.
"Hm?" Dom looked up at me. "You're his friend, right?"
"I guess..." I said. He looked at me funny.
"...what do you mean...?" He asked.
I sighed and sat down next to me. "Ever since I arrived here, Sam has just been talking to Taurtis. That was fine though, they have been friends longer. But when Taurtis was gone, he made me pretend to be Taurtis. He didn't even remember who Grian was until Taurtis came back. I almost forgot who Grian was too..."
"...wow... Wait, Taurtis was gone?"
"Oh my gosh Dom. That was me."
"Oh, ok..."
"He always says bad things about me behind my back, too..."
"Gee."
"So you see, Sam can be mean..." I said. "But you shouldn't let it affect you so much. He doesn't know any better."
Dom looked away. The bell rang, so I got up. I looked at Dom.
"Do you wanna go to class...?" I asked him.
He didn't say anything, he just stood up, looking down.
"Alllright then...--" I said, when suddenly Dom hugged me. I was shocked, but slowly hugged him back.
