Hello hello
Here's chapter 2 :D
I'm sorry you had to wait so long and I hope this chapter won't dissapoint you :P
The old man looked at us and nodded. 'Dailin Leathroof and Jace Howards.' I looked up at him as he paused. 'This journey will be very dangerous, I want you two to be sure you want to do this.' First he looked at me and then at Jace, waiting for our response.
Jace looked at me and frowned a bit. I picked it up as a sign to reply first. 'I accept my duty and I'm pleased to be of such great importance for the survival of the tribes.' I tried not to laugh, it sounded so formal. The old man smiled at me and nodded. He turned to Jace, which nodded as agreement.
'Your animals will lead you during your travel.' The man continued. I noticed Jace looking at Lily so I searched for an owl or other animal somewhere around him. It took a few seconds before I noticed a young wolf laying at his feet. It seemed like he was asleep.
'Arya will come with you the first part of the journey. She won't stay long, just long enough to lead you in the right direction.' A blonde girl stood up. I didn't know what to think of her. She seemed nice but..she's beautiful, am I jealous?? I put it out of my head, she was here to help us, not to make me feel uncomfortable. I smiled at her and she smiled back. Maybe she wasn't that bad..
'Your journey will begin Dailin Leathroof and Jace Howards, there is no turning back from now. You stand alone. Only you two are able to fight the demon. On your way you will collect a few ancient objects, which will give you the power to defeat the demon. Good luck and **'
Arya walked out of the circle. 'Come' she beckoned. I walked behind her and Jace followed me. His young wolf pattered happily around him. When we were out of eyesight she started talking. 'I won't lead you that far, only about one hour away from here. I guess you already have your weapons?' I placed my hand on my sword and nodded. She turned to Jace. 'I have kind of a dagger adn an arrow..that's enough I suppose?' He looked at me, a little ashamed. I smiled. 'I think that's okay.'
Arya looked at me, and then at Jace, and then again at me. I looked away and told myself over and over NOT TO BLUSH. 'Do any of you want to say goodbye or something?' she asked.
There was no need to answer. My niece ran to me when she saw we weren't talking anymore. She hugged me and I grinned. 'Please be careful Dae' she said 'I will, don't worry' I replied.

'I think we're ready now, aren't we?' Arya said after my niece left. Jace and I nodded. I looked around searching for Lily. There she was. She flew to us and landed on Jace's head. I burst out laughing. 'I think she likes you' I said. Jace looked up and grinned. 'Lily come' I said and Lily landed on my shoulder.
'Well, off we go' Arya announced and she started walking into the forest. I glanced at Jace, more than one time. I couldn't help it, he was so handsome and beautiful and his eyes so sparkling.
Arya came walking next to me and glanced at Jace, which was walking behind us. 'You like him huh?' she said with a big smile and twinkles in her eyes. I grinned a little at her. 'Don't tell him!' I said, whispered actually. 'There's no need to, everyone can see.' She replied with a bigger smile. I pushed her a little, friendly of course. I looked over my shoulder at Jace. He was carrying his wolf. When he saw me I swear I saw some light in his eyes but maybe that was just my imagination.
I turned back to Arya and we continued.
There we walked. Three teenagers on their way to fullfill their obligation. And no one could stop us as we walked through the dark forest.
So this was chapter 2, it took me a day to write it O_O
