You look happy.
The real kind of happy.
Your eyes twinkle
like a star in the night.
Your smile seems genuine
like a sun in the morning.
You laugh a lot lately.
A laugh that is not fake,
a laugh that makes my stomach twitch,
a laugh that turns every head towards you.
You seem to like everything you do now.
I can't hear complaints from you anymore,
and you spend most of your time with strangers.
Strangers in my world, of course.
And there's nothing wrong with it.
I like that you're happy.
I love that you're happy.
It's just that,
it seemed you left all your bitterness,
and sorrow, and pain to me.
And it's just so greedy of you,
to leave me deal with all this crap alone
and take my only hope with you.

PoetrySometimes my thoughts and hand bleed so much poetry I can barely stop them from leaking onto the paper. But sometimes, too, my heart bleeds too much blood that I couldn't write poetry anymore.
