The worlds had come to be but along with them came Kaoss, an everlasting struggle between light and dark, Good and Evil.
For balance is the law the Divine Entity has left for all its creations to follow.
So for a millennium Good reigns, peace and prosperity coming to all who stay loyal to Sinarte, the natural order.
Yet Kaoss shall always remain.
Thus at the end of that millennium, mattering naught reason nor will, Evil shall rise.
War will come, Death shall become the only sovereign, Torment the only currency.
Brother shall be pit against brother, greed shall drive all wills, honor nothing but a distant memory.
And yet just as despair can burn in the greatest of men and the kindest of hearts, hope shall bloom, the only light in a sea of black souls.
It shall be scattered to the four winds to lie in wait, and when the Dark Times come, it shall be revealed to All.
