I am an Australian Muslim and after the Paris attacks in 2015 Australia decided to check all of the Muslims in their country. Dad had joined Isis earlier that year so American soldiers killed him and hunted down the rest of us. Isis saw my dad as a traitor so they came after us as well. We were being chased by both sides of the war. We needed to survive some how. Mum didn't make it across the ocean and neither did my older sister. I was left to protect Max.
