Gettsyburg Dresses. Possibly the best place in Frostlind to find dresses for all occasions. Ian was your typical highschool introvert. Quiet but deadly intelligent. He worked at the dress shop though for his love of tailoring. Just kidding, he's just a meterosexual. (which means he's not gay, he just care's about how he looks)

Ian was organizing a rack of dresses when he heard the bell from the door go off. Looking up he saw a girl from his grade walk in.

Her name is Melody Pond, she has dark curly hair that she always holds back in beanies. She instantly looked out of her element. Not really wanting to be in this store she akwardly stood by the door. Ian smiled and walked over to her since it was technically his job.

"Welcome! Do you need any help miss Pond?" He asked her and she looked shocked to see him there but quickly masked it and smiled back.

"Um, yeah I guess." She looked into his eyes. "I didn't know you worked here Ian." Melody commented and Ian just shrugged. "But anyway, I need to...um...find a dress for prom, you know, the one next week." Ian nodded and took her to one of the many platforms by the mirrors. The black haired boy took out his measuring tape and awkwardly walked toward the pretty girl. Ian blushed a little.

"I have to take your measurements. Standard protocal." He rushed out quickly. She smiled at him, nodding her head.

He stepped up and started to measure her height, then her waist, and then came the akward part. "Um..." He blushed and pulled the tape measure around her chesticles. After finishing he went towards a rack and picked up a couple dresses that caught his eye.

"try these." he said handing her the stack of dresses he had collected. Melody then disappeared into the dressing room. After a few dresses and disapproving glances from Ian, the girl only had one more dress to try on.

"This will be the one, I just know it!" He stated encouragingly. Melody then came out in a dark green silk dress that was floor length. The whole top part of it was coated in jewels which faded out into the bottom. Ian smiled widely. Wow, she is so awestrikingly gorgeous! He thought and she turned her attention to him.

"Pardon me?" She asked while a tint of pink was growing on her face.

"Oh crap did I say that outloud?" He exclaimed and hit himself. "Idiot. You are a bloody idiot Ian Coruthers." He mumbled to himself.

Laughing lightly she went back into the changing room and put on the outfit she came in wearing, back on. Walking out she held up the dress. "I think i'll take this one." she said smiling.

"Okay, come with me." Ian leading the way, they walked up to the register. "So, got a date for the prom?" he asked casually.

"Uh, no, i was just planning on going with some friends." Melody answered. "Oh, cool." he said lamely.

Ian bagged up the dress and handed it to the dark haired girl. They both started to the door, Ian trying despretely to think of something to say. "So," he started slinging an arm over her shoulder, surprising her and himself, "did it hurt when you fell from heaven..."

She frowned. "No, but I did scrape my arm up hella bad crawling up from Hell." Ian burst out laughing and so did Melody. The two arrived at the entrance to the store. Ian opened the door and as Melody walked out she turned her head and called back to the boy, "So, what time are you picking me up?"
