Chapter 27

Sorry it took so long. College really takes a toll on a person. Also I kept getting writers block and I didn't know where to end the chapter. Honestly I'm not that happy with this chapter but it's long. But happy thanksgiving. I hope you like it.

Dinner time with everyone sitting around the table

Scooter:so justin what made you do that to your head?
Justin:you don't like it scoot scoot? I did it for you.
Scooter:haha but seriously. It's crazy different but oddly enough it works with your tan
Justin:thanks scoot, I just thought I'd change it up plus mom said she didn't care as long as it wasn't platinum blonde anymore.
Pattie:that is not completely accurate! I said I was okay with any color as long as it wasn't that blonde again, and I told you i missed your natural hair color!
Justin:same difference mom!
Pattie:whatever Justin, Austin you've been quiet are you ok?
Austin:yeah I'm fine, just tired, it has kinda been a long day you know?
Pattie:oh ok, you're not getting sick right?
Austin:no i'm fine honestly
Pattie:if you need anything just let me know okay?
Austin:*nods and continues to push his food around his plate*um may I be excused?
Pattie:yeah, I'll come check on you later
Austin:thanks*takes his plate to the kitchen then goes to his room and lays down putting headphones on playing his music full blast*
Pattie:Justin you should go check on him
Justin:why he hates me
Patti:because he doesn't hate you and I let you sleep in my bed last night
Justin:but mom-
Pattie:no buts just go
Justin:uggghhh*takes his plate to the kitchen and grabs a tub of ice cream and two spoons*
Pattie:I said check on him not make him fat.
Justin:same difference*goes upstairs and knocks on Austin's door but doesn't get an answer then knocks some more*
Austin:*finally here's justin knocking and answers the door*hi
Justin:hey do you wanna hangout? I have ice cream...
Austin:I'm fine but thanks*closes the door*
Justin:*knocks again*
Austin:*opens the door*yes Justin?
Justin:can we talk?
Austin:why?
Justin:cause you seem depressed
Austin:I'm not!
Justin:Austin calm down I didn't mean to offend you.
Austin:can you leave please?
Justin:Austin are you ok?
Austin:yeah I'm fine.
Justin:you sure?
Austin:you know what Justin I don't need you to care about me now. Especially when you didn't before.*slams the door*
Justin:*hurt and taken back then goes to his room and starts eating the ice cream while watching American horror story(I love that show)*
Pattie:*walks in*Justin we need to talk
Justin:can't I just relax?
Pattie:seriously? You sent your demo to LA Reid?!
Justin:mom I don't want to-
Pattie:and what the hell happened between you two?
Justin:*stays quiet*
Pattie:answer me when I'm talking to you!
Justin:mom can you stop yelling please?
Pattie:I just don't get it Justin. I leave for a week and everything starts falling apart.
Justin:nothing is falling apart. I just had an intense time. And as far as that demo goes it means nothing.
Pattie:when did you send it in?
Justin:Christmas time.
Pattie:why didn't you talk to scooter about a record deal?
Justin:can I ever just do stuff on my own?! I don't always want your guys' help! I don't want your help when it comes to music and I definitely don't want your help when it comes to my relationships ok?!
Scooter:*barges in*don't talk to your mother like that!
Justin:seeing how you were ease dropping the same goes for you!
Pattie:fine Justin.
Scooter/Justin:what?
Pattie:you're right. You're getting older you don't need me to make all your decisions for you nor do you need scooter too. But when you do decide you need me I'm always here for you as is scooter. *grabs scooters hand and walks out of the room* Scooter this needs to stop the boys feel like we're suffocating them. We can't do this. Now to you're room.
Scooter:you're not coming?
Pattie:I'll be in there in 10. Go pick out a movie for us to watch
Scooter:fine*goes into the master bedroom*
Pattie:*knocks on Austin's door*
Austin:*opens the door*um hi pattie
Pattie:Austin I need to have a serious talk with you.
Austin:um ok*lets her into the room and closes the door and sits next to her on the bed*
Pattie:honey....I need you to be completely honest with me ok?
Austin:sure Pattie.
Pattie:Austin are you cutting?
Austin:what?!
Pattie:Austin I saw the scars a few of them looked fresh.
Austin:I just had a relapse I'm not doing it anymore. I swear Pattie.
Pattie:sweetheart calm down. I'm not upset with you I just wanted the truth. And I appreciated you telling me the truth. But why?
Austin:well i did it when mom used to beat me and I stopped but now I've just been feeling so much pain from all this rejection and stuff with Justin that it finally got to me and I just knew that it would help take away some of the pain. And it did, it helped A LOT.
Pattie:honey if you ever need to talk or anything you know you can come talk to me.
Austin:I know but everything was just so difficult at the time. But I'm stopping I promise I am.
Pattie:okay, you know Justin is sitting in his room eating a tub of ice cream by himself, why don't you join him?
Austin:I don't think so. I yelled at him and I think I really hurt his feelings.
Pattie:he's tough, don't worry about it, go get your man.
Austin:I will, I will. Just not yet. I'm resting.
Pattie:okay I'll be in my room with scooter if you need anything.*leaves to her room*
3 hours later
Justin:*starting to fall asleep*
Austin:*knocks on the door*
Justin:come in*sits up a little*
Austin:hey Jay
Justin:hey, what can I do for ya?
Austin:I'm sorry about what I said earlier. I'm just kinda everywhere right now. *walks over to the bedside*
Justin:it's fine.
Austin:no it's not, you didn't deserve what I said.
Justin:*pulls Austin down so he can sit on the bed*Austin honestly it is okay. But I want you to know that I never stopped caring about you and chances are I won't. I love you Austin.*kisses him*
Austin:*kisses back wrapping his arms around Justin's neck*
Justin:*wraps his arms around Austin's waist and lays back on the bed pulling Austin down*
Austin:*pulls aways*justin...
Justin:yeah?
Austin:I love you too
Justin:Will you be my boyfriend?
Austin:yes*kisses him quickly*wow you've gotten fat
Justin: maybe it has to do with that tub of ice cream you wouldn't split with me.
Austin:*smirks*i didn't want to be fat like you
Justin:haha you're so funny. But clearly you've been working out or so your Instagram says
Austin:I have been, I have a photo shoot coming up. Don't you want me to look hot?
Justin:yeah hot for me and your fans but not for anyone else especially not a guy.
Austin:okay mom.*kisses him*and you're the only guy I would ever want to impress
Justin:*kisses him*good. You want to mess with scooter and mom?
Austin:*smirks*what's the plan?
They start plotting a way to get Pattie and scooter to think they hate each other while they secretly date.
