You get to Xandar in a matter of seconds well minutes but it seems like seconds to you.
-knock knock-
"Come in" you say as you slip on your boots.
"Hey we are here."
"Ok I'll be right out."
You finished tying your boots and walked out of your room to be greeted by a waiting Peter.
"I didn't know you were going to wait for me outside my door, such a gentleman."
"M'lady." You giggle as Peter pretends to tip an invisible fedora.
"Sir would you kindly escort me out of the Milano? It's quite dirty and I would like to get a fresh breath of air. I also heard that the pilot is a little bitch."
"My dear, you really are a douche nugget"
"Your choice of words makes me feel like the only girl in the world"
You said as you put your hand up to your heart pretending to be truly touched resulting in both you and Peter bursting out in laughter after a few seconds of silence.
*time skip to buyers office*
You heard muffled voices inside the building as you stand outside basically guarding the door.
You stopped playing with the zipper of your jacket when you notice something in the corner of your eye. A woman wearing all black clothing, her hair standing out due to the pink ends.
She glares at you and you smile.
"Might as well be nice to a stranger, you might meet them later and maybe become good friends." Your thoughts are interrupted by the green colored woman sprinting past you. You look back to where she was standing before and you see Peter laying there on the ground.
"Peter what the hell just happened?"
"Y/N!! SHE HAS THE ORB!!"
As soon as you heard this you quickly helped Peter up and sprinted after the woman. You caught up with her but it wouldn't be easy trying to steal the orb back. You shot the woman with your stun gun causing her to fall and the orb roll away from her hands. You run towards it and you trip. You feel tugging at your ankles causing you to look back at your ankles.
The woman was pulling you away from the orb. You kicked her in the face and crawled away.
You went after the orb for the 2nd time now. While you were running you felt a jolt of electricity running throughout your body. You lay on the concrete face down, trying to catch your breath.
The muffled sirens of the nova core is the last thing out heard when everything went black.
