It's been 2 weeks since Harry's mother gave him a "just because I love you" gift. She knew how much he enjoyed writing poems and songs, so she thought the perfect gift for him would be a journal. The brown journal she bought for him was now covered in little phrases and drawings that meant a lot to Harry. He adored his gift.
Harry's journal, or as he liked to call it, "Little Book of Secrets" was filled with just that- secrets. Secrets that he wouldn't dare tell anyone. Secrets that he couldn't tell anyone. These not-so-little secrets of his could "potentially ruin his career and life" according to Katie Ray, a staff member at Modest Management. Harry couldn't stand her or any of the other employees who work for Modest. Actually, none of the other members of One Direction could stand them either. They all felt trapped by them. They weren't happy. They felt as if they couldn't be themselves.
Niall always had to pretend to be the happy and joyful one, Liam always had to be the mature one, Zayn was always pushed out of the spotlight and his song writing ideas were always criticized and ignored by the management team.
And Harry and Louis weren't allowed to love each other.
