We are in line for this long and high roller coaster, I'm afraid but I'm only doing it for Taylor. I can't have him go alone.

He likes to look at me, and when he does I get butterflies and I get this tingly feeling in my heart. I almost skip a heart beat and think I need to get a paper bag to breathe.

"I'm still worried that my friends are looking for me." I pull Taylor's hand and swing it. "Look. We will go on the roller coaster and you'll probably see them from when we are up there."

I put my arms over him and squeeze him tight. "I'm scared." I tell him. He ensures me, "You'll be alright with me." A small kiss is being made on top of my head and I can't help but get goosebumps and shake.

He laughs and pulls my hand as seeming we are almost to the ride. "So... What do you want to be when you grow up!" I raise my hands over my head.

"Oh.. I don't know. I don't have life planned. I'm only a kid, shawn!" Taylor laughs. I smile when I think about what I want to be. "What about you?"

"Yay, glad you asked. I want to perform. Anywhere and do anything. I think it is fun." I make a huge grin because one day I'll accomplish it.

We are close to the ride by now and the guy looks at us suspiciously. "Eh, you guys are tall enough. Welcome in."

Taylor walks first as I stand close behind him. Soon he grabs my hand and it gives me a tingly feeling. When we get to the cart he sits at the left side.

"Taylor this looks so big. I'm scared." I weep into his arms. He puts one arm over me. "I can promise if you keep your head up you're safe with me."

The roller coaster consists of one high climax that led to two looks and then it would come back up again, only to have it drop, it zig zags then it's done. But that was scary enough.

I didn't know what I was in for.

I get close to Taylor as he puts his arm over me and I duck my head down. "Eyes open." He says. We are at the climax as I see everything and for a split second I'm like, 'wow.'

That's until we actually drop and I feel my heart falling out of my chest. My body rocks against Taylor's as he holds my hand. I end up crying while he's screaming and laughing.

When will the ride end!?

It comes to a stop ad I take a deep breath. "I wasn't crying!" I yell out in defeat. "Haha, I won't judge you." Taylor says.

He holds my hand as he helps me walk or of the cart. "It was fun to me." He says happily. "Never again." I whisper.

I ask for the time and he tells me it's almost three. "But I need to meet up with my group!" I sigh. This isn't as fun as I thought.

"But Shawn, you were having fun with me. Right? I thought we became friends." Taylor pouts tapping his toe on the pavement.

"Yes. I guess. Sorry, Tay." I sigh.

"It's okay, I'll just, well go look for your group then." Taylor walks ahead of me and goes around looking for our sunshine group with the sun ray stickers on clothes.

I don't mean to make him upset. I swear I didn't mean any of this I apologize. After around maybe thirty minutes of walking in silence I begin to crave his voice.

"Can you talk to me?" I tug on his hand and hold it. "I want you, to talk to me. And my feet hurt now."

"Alright Shawn. Let's just go sit at the bench. You want ice cream?" He asks and I nod. I'm sitting alone behind this tree because Taylor says he doesn't want my classmates to find me alone. They might take me away and I don't want that.

Taylor comes back with an ice cream Sunday and he says we'll be sharing. I honestly love sharing with him, everything.

"Hey, I heard an announcement and they said that your school left. I'm sorry Shawn." He says sadly. "I'm so sorry." He reaches for my hand but I pull him close.

"So I'll never see my friends ever again?" I cry out to him. "If you want, we'll find someone to call your family. But this means you're going to leave me forever."

We throw away the ice cream, because the feeling isn't the same anymore. Why enjoy this when I know that my new friend will not be with me anymore.

I nod and he lets me walk with the ice cream as we go to the guest service place.

"Hello. We need to call someone to pick us up. Well, only pick up Shawn." Taylor says kind of depressed. "Yes. Here come on over." The lady takes both of our hands into the booth as she lets me use the phone.

I only remember my moms number by heart therefore I call her, "Mom, please pick me up. My school left me. I got lost during the day and they never found me." She tells me we'll meet up.

It makes me sad to see Taylor sad. He probably knows I'll be leaving then he'll have to be with Nash. I am sad too because this way, he is spending time having fun without me.

"Tay, I don't want to leave you." I run into his arms as he bumps back into a lamp post that we stood by. "I don't want you to forget me." I tear up as he holds me tight, clinging me like we only have moments left, which is true.

Taylor pulls away and looks down at me, "I promise, we will meet again." He hands me the stuffed animal that he got from earlier, thats how we met in the first place anyways. Something I hope will always be a perfect, clear memory to me.

"Until next time.." he tells me when he sees a car pulling up next to us.

I embrace him tightly one last time, his arms over me as I tuck myself under him. I feel the warmth and passion better than any other hug before. "Never let me go."
