Young Mendes

School id taking a trip to another city. I don't know too much about it. The permission slip has some words I still did not get, even though I'm in forth grade.

I guess there's suppose to be a few different schools and it's like an amusement park that takes place with different areas on the globe.

We will be here for a whole day! Well up until six so I think that's neat.

"So much fun." I think to myself.

Cameron is sitting with me as my bus buddy and for the whole day. In our group we have us two, Aaron and Jack with his mom. We are one big group and everyone has their own groups.

"Okay kids get with your chaperones and partners so we can do roll call then get you on the bus!" My teacher happily announces.

As were on the bus, I decide to ask Cameron to let us sit on the right side, in the front. Just in case I puke.

Throughout the ride, my head rests on Cameron's shoulder because I'm sleeping. It's a one hour drive. That's long, right.

All of us have to get out in a single order file and I'm glad I sat in the front because it's easier for me to get out.

Ignore all that blubbery stuff, roll call, address the agenda, yeah, yeah. We are in the bundle listening to the instructions by the entrance until I see some kid.

Some really weird kid.

This boy is on his knees whining. He has his hand up a claw machine prize opening.

Out of my curiosity I see him and run over to see what's going on.

"Hey!" I tell pointing at his hands. Which are now I can see, stuck in the claw machine.

"Help help it hurts oh it hurts! I'm stuck!" He yells as he wiggles his arms.

I pull him from his waist and make him dangle his arms. "Let go of the toy!" I tell him. I see his hand stuck because he is balled with a fist trying to claim a teddy bear.

With enough force, I manage to get his hands out of the machine. "Thank you! You saved me!" He shouts as he fixes his bandana and hands me the stuffed animal. "For you live saver."

I smile at him, "No. You keep it. You got your hand stuck. Keep it." He giggles at me until he notices blood trickling down his wrist. "Oh my! Blood, I have a cut!"

I feel a tug on my arm. "Shawn! You're suppose to be listening to the rules with us." Cameron pulls me away but I see the frown in the boys face. "Don't go."

I beg my partner one more minute with this silly, mischief boy that's got killer style and an adorable smile.

"Come with!" I ask him.

There is an uncertain look as he uses his thumb to stop the blood flow. He gives me a quick hug as I whispered to his ear.

"If you come with me, I'll promise you'll never bleed. I'm never gonna let you go."

authors note at the end

Decided to go back to my old writing ways.

If you noticed, I use to write simple, but then my paragraphs started becoming more intrigued as in like thoughts and more actions and dialogue.

For this book, I want to narrow it down back to simple. It'll still be detailed and good but like not too much personal thinking.

I want to do Third Person but I don't find that fun writing so maybe not.. Hmmpp ):
