I don't understand why some girls wear crop tops in winter and then complain that they're cold. Like of course you're cold, you're half naked! By all means wear a crop top if you have a nice body and it's the right weather/occasion but don't wear a really short summery crop top to school when it's coat weather and then complain that you're freezing. Just don't.
