The doctor turned up in south London at about 12 in the afternoon and went to a random cafe and had a coffee and as soon as he finished the lights went out there was a city wide blackout . To say that he was an understatement he was all over in two minutes and was already trying to find out where the large surge of energy came from he set up base in downtown London in an old deserted apartment complex and was doing some investing down in the more sketch part of town when is little device started going crazy with noise

So the doctor and his new companion left to go talk to who he later learned was known as the carer of this small gang of runaways and homeless people when they got to the place it looked like a marketplace except were the sellers were supposed to be there were people's belongings and makeshift beds and chairs it was like the ghettos in the Great Depression in New Jersey but inside these homes there was a warmth and a cozyness about it that made it feel like home he was led inside one of these " homes" and to his utter surprise it was like a sophisticated blanket fort with pillows for chairs he was ushered to sit and the older lady's face lit up as she greeted us

"I'm sorry I haven't been around I know you get lonely "

"Ha ha ha that's a laugh tell me doctor how's the traveling been going "

"You know I have I was walking back from the trains one night and I passed the old bridge and underneath in the darkness there was like a pull to it like it wanted me to walk over there into the darkness so I put my flashlight on it and the light just disappeared and the the darkness it moved and I got out of there quick . "

The Doctor was off with Emmy trailing behind him to the old bridge as he tried to figure out who was the other man that Hanna was talking about so he decided to ask and Emmy she answered what he had feared it would be
