Last Chapter: Its All Over

Zendaya POV

We're all siting in the waiting room anxiously tapping our feet and pacing around. Almost all of us were crying most of the boys were fighting their tears. "Family of Daniel Simmons" the doctor said.

We all jumped up and crowded the doctor "Daniel is okay but he's in a coma" he said "Can we go see him?" Mikaela asked. "Yes but 3 at a time" he said before walking away. "I'm gonna go first and alone" Trevor sniffed before walking to his room.

Trevor POV

I walked in and almost broke down right there it hurts seeing my bestfriend since elementary being in a hospital bed. "Aye man it's me Trevor your in a coma right now and I just wanted to let you know that you've been my bro for a long time and I appreciate that" I whispered wiping my thug tear. When I finished that speech some machine starting beeping.

I called a doctor down and told him what happen. The doctor made it seem like Diggy was dying so I just left the room in tears "He's dead" I told them walking out the hospital "Sir I'm sorry"the doctor said before I left.

Zendaya POV

When Trevor said those words my heart stopped its like I lost my brother because Diggy was like my brother. I picked up Malachi and grabbed Kobe's hand and walked out with Trevor. "Babe I'm sorry" I whispered hugging him while he sat silently driving. We got home and he drove away I hope he doesn't do something he'll regret.

"Kobe go get cleaned up" I demanded putting Malachi down in his crib while I started cooking. I looked on the wall seeing a picture of when the squad graduated from high school. I looked at Diggy and started crying thinking about if we lost him. I wiped my tears hearing the door bust open seeing Trevor he had a big pack of blunts.

"Don't do this" I whispered "I'm going to be fine" he replied sitting on the couch picking up some. Kobe came down and stared at Trevor with tears in his eyes. "Diggy was right never hold grudges because a persons life could be taken from them any day" Trevor whispered crying.

Soon Malachi started crying so I picked him up and started rocking him then Kobe starting breaking down and sat in the middle of Trevor and I. Seeing all them cry made me cry so soon we were all in tears.

Trevor POV

To be honest I don't believe Diggy is dead it feels like this is all a dream. I'm going to go check on him everyday until i know for sure he's dead. The worst thing is that now Mikaela might have to be a single parent. "How's Mikaela doing?" I asked "She's doing okay" Zendaya replied wiping Kobe's eyes.

2 weeks later

Trevor POV

These past 2 weeks have been very different without Diggy it's been boring and dull. I've started smoking a lot kind of like an addiction I drink when I wake up and before I go to sleep. Zendaya thinks I have problem but I don't have a problem..... yet.

"Trevor I'm ready" Kobe said grabbing his backpack "Alright let's go" I answered finishing my cereal. We got in the car and I started driving to his school "Your lucky your out of school 2nd grade is so hard" Kobe sighed. "Just remember that when you become smart you'll be happy you went to school" I explained "I'm gonna be in the NBA I was born for it" Kobe said. "Alright you have fun" I chuckled stopping the car at his school letting him out.

I drove home and saw Zendaya was getting dressed "What's your plans today?" I questioned "Studio and shopping" she mumbled. "It feels weird being a stay at home dad while you work babe" I sighed "Then put Malachi in daycare" she shrugged. "Good idea" I nodded "Well love you bye" she smiled giving me a kiss before leaving.

Since it was just me and Malachi I decided to watch "Wild n Out" with him in my arms. Right when I sat down the doorbell rang I looked out the peephole and didn't believe who I saw. "What do you want?" I asked "My son" Felica yelled.

"The son you left on the floor and let your little boyfriend abuse" I yelled back "Give me Michael right now" she replied. "You can't even get your sons name right" I said "It was a accident I meant Malachi" she answered. "I'm taking you to court I want full custody" I said putting him in his crib.

Zendaya POV

"Yasssss girl Trevor told her" Jamiyah clapped as we watched them on my ADT camera app. I have cameras everywhere but the bathroom and this app
lets me hear and see what's going on. "I'm proud of him" I smiled "Girl you got a loyal one" Jamiyah replied. "What is she doing?" I questioned watching Felica push Trevor on the couch and get on top of him.

When I saw that happen I started to get heated until I saw Trevor push her off and kick her out. "Now let's get back to this album" I said turning it off "So I think my first album should be called "The Startup" so people know this is my story of stardom" Jamiyah explained. "I love it" I nodded.

6 hours later

Kobe POV

I yawned as I heard the bell ring making me start to pack up until I was rudely interrupted.

Teacher- the bell doesn't dismiss you I do

Me- man it's 3:45 I got places to be

Teacher- fine you may leave but see me after class Kobe

Me- ok

I walked out with Major and we started talking. "Man she told you to see her after class" Major chuckled "Your not gonna get what you want in life all the time" I said walking to Trevor's car. "Why is your teacher chasing the car?" Trevor asked "I don't know but go faster" I said as he sped off.

Trevor POV

I decided that we get Wendy's for right now until we leave the hospital. "We're going to see Diggy" I sighed "Okay" Kobe nodded. I pulled up at the hospital and got Malachi and helped out Kobe. I walked to Diggy's room and sat next to his bed after giving Kobe his food.

Before I started speaking I got a text from a unknown number

???: Diggy would've been on his deathbed one way or another I've been planning to kill him my whole life

I read it and started to worry "Aye man we going through a lot of stuff right now and it's hard without you. Just please show me a sign your alive" I pleaded. I looked at him and saw his hand do a thumbs up making me smile. "Alright man I'll be back tomorrow" I grinned leaving and going home.

We walked inside and the smell of tacos hit my nose "Yes" Kobe celebrated going to his room while I put Malachi in his highchair. "How was your day" Zendaya asked "Good I kicked Felica out and told her about us getting full custody and Diggy made a hand movement so that's a sign of life" I smiled. "That's good" Zendaya replied giving me a kiss.

It's like there's so many bad things going on but I manage to keep a smile on my face. To be honest I can't count how many times we've walked through a storm with a smile on our faces. Best believe this isn't the end but for right now it's all over.
