Why is my face red?

Evan's POV, not Delirious
While listening to the teacher talk, I heard a THUD! At that, I looked to my side, eyes widening. Jonathan passed out. "Delirious!" I heard Lui yell as everyone looked back at Lui shaking Jon to wake him up. "J-Jonathan-" I mumbled. I knew he wouldn't respond but I didn't care. Shaking myself out of thought, I got up and picked him up, Lui following. "What happened to him?" I asked Lui. "I don't know." Lui replied. "Do you think you did anything?" He added. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Well before he burst out of the classroom you were texting him....right?" He asked, me nodding hesitantly. "Well, what did you say?" He asked me. "I told him to stop texting me." I replied, his eyes widening. "Dude! He has a crush on you!" He yelled, immediately covering his mouth. "H-he what?!" I stuttered, him looking away. The rest of the speed walk to the nurses office was silent.
Time skip.
The nurse then walked over to us. "Jonathan is awake if you guys want to see him." She told us, me running over as Lui followed. He looked weak...I did this didn't I? I thought as I looked at him. He looked at me before biting his bottom lip and looking away. "Hey Delirious. You feeling OK?" Lui asked him. He didn't respond verbally but nodded. "You not ready to tell us, huh?" He asked him, getting the same nod in response. "Jon... I'm sorry." I mumbled, at that he looked at me. "Look I didn't mean to make you p-" I started, him cutting me off. "Vanoss, I need a hug." He said, me felling my face burn. What's up with my face? I thought. "Ooh! Evan's blushing!" Lui yelled, my face going a red color as I walked over to Jon, opening my arms. He then opened his arms as well, me pulling him in a tight hug. He returned the hug, my face going red once again. Soon, I pulled away from the hug, immediately looking down. My face was red still as I heard a cheer come from two familiar voices.
