||Maya's POV||
We were waiting for Riley and Lucas to get back. You could feel the awkwardness between Farkle and I.
"So..." I said
"Yeah..."
Okay this was boring.
"Do you know how to play kangaroo?" I said, trying to make up some game called kangaroo.
"No. How do you play?" He seemed genuinely interested. How adorable.
"Oh um well you see, there are two people. They have to try and jump over each other, and um first, you start low and they squat, but then they grow taller. Wanna play?" Smooth recovery, Maya. I'm the word ninja.
"Okay..." Poor guy. He seemed scared.
"Okay I'll start. Squat, you robot!"
"Fine, you human!"
Time to be a ninja. I'm almost there... YES! I made it.
"Okay your turn."
He made it! Shocker, right?
We kept going until I was almost standing. Then... the incident happened.
"Almost there, Farkle!"
Unfortunately, he was facing me, so as he jumped and fell on top of me, our mouths were almost touching. I closed my eyes. Okay, what? Farkle is SO not my type. Then why are we kissing? I felt his lips on mine. He's not bad. I kissed back. He ran his hands through my hair. I pulled up his shirt. His eyes suddenly jolted open. I kissed him gently, and he relaxed. I opened my mouth, and allowed entrance, as he did to me. Then, we heard Riley say,
"Okay, Lucas... lets just finish the game then we'll continue talking."
We sprinted up and tried to act casual. I think we failed.
"So, how's my lovely girlfriend?" Lucas asked.
Uh... so not guilty... uh... haha
"I'm good, g-great even hehe!"
He put his arm around me. He knew.
"That's good to hear, love. Now let's finish the game."
Lucas and I might've lost, okay we got creamed, but Farkle and I are still in the clear. Oh godA.N - wowza I was really inactive sorry about that
