Victoms of bulling become terrified and doubtful and end up believing the bullys terible lies.
They doubt themselves and keep it inside and they dont know who to turn too.
If you are being bullied or see / know go tell a teacher , parent , trust worthy adult, or the principal !
Dont be afraid for many people will help u and stop the bully
So if this message really gets to you and you want to help all u have to do is
1. If u witness bulling or it happens to you go tell a teacher , adult , or parent
2. Spread the message to stop bulling
3. Paraticipate in this challange
Hey just a reminder not only does bulling effect and hurt the person. In some cases people went through suicide just because of bulling
