subway and hockey

After Ricky hung up on the phone I ran to my bed and started crying. I know, I was overreacting. But wouldn't you cry tears of joy if the man you were in love with confessed his love for you? It was almost noon by the time I was done freaking out. so I started getting ready I decided on a short black dress with lace sleeves and some black heels. After I straightened my hair and put on some make-up I gathered my keys, purse, and jacket and headed out the door. I left about 20 minutes early so I stopped by subway to grab some sandwiches for the two of us. I got a blt for Ricky and a turkey sandwich for myself. I also decided to get 5 meatball subs for the rest of motionless in white because Ricky told me he invited them over too. I was super excited because I haven't been able to hang out with all of them in quite a while. After another ten minutes of driving I pulled into the driveway at Ricky's apartment, got out of the car and headed up. Once he opened the door he helped me with my things and took lunch to the kitchen. I thanked him and greeted Ryan and Chris while waiting for the rest of the band to arrive. About 15 minutes later Devin, Vinny, and Josh arrived at the door. I got out plates while Chris opened the door and Ricky put my purse in his room. After we all finished with lunch everyone thanked me for buying and we all headed to the living room for some tv. Josh quickly grabbed the remote and turned the channel to the news. Once everyone else had realized what was on they were instantly bitching at Josh to change the channel. Once we finally got Josh to agree on something better to watch we changed the channel to hockey. Chris and Ryan are big hockey freaks so I'm sure they were happy about that! About 3 hours later it was getting late so Devin and Vinny said they were to tired so we said our good byes and they left soon after. With just me, Chris, Ricky, and Ryan left we decided to turn off the tv and just talk since we hardly ever see each other. ( RICKY ALL CAPS bold is Chris italicized is Ryan underlined is Y/n) so y/n how have you been? I'm good. Just tired from working so much at my shop (y/n is a tattoo artist) but what have you guys been up to? Nothing really we have been writing a lot of songs for our new album and lots of recording. It's tiring but it's gonna be worth it. Yea for sure. Well I'm really excited to listen to it! SO WHAT TATTOOS HAVE YOU DONE LATELY? well I had a 80 year old man come in who wanted a tattoo for his wife of 50 years. It was really sweet. Damn that's a long time. Good for him though! Yea that's pretty cool. But it's almost 8 so I'm going to head home so I'm not exhausted tomorrow. OK SEE YOU LATER MAN. I think I'm gonna leave to. But thanks for having us over I'll see you on Monday! OK TEXT ME WHAT TIME YOU WANT ME AT THE STUDIO. I will. After the two of them had left Ricky asked me if I wanted to stay the night. I told him I didn't bring anything to get ready for bed with. But he insisted I stay so I changed into one of his slipknot tee-shits and we headed to his bed. We just laid there talking and talking about work and the future and we talked about our conversation over the phone we had yesterday. He told me he was super relieved that I felt the same way. We talked about whether or not we should date since our friendship was so important to both of us. We both really wanted to so we decided we should. Then Ricky asked " y/n will you be my girlfriend?" Of course I said yes! It was already almost 4 in the morning so we went to sleep. And for the first time in quite a while, I went to sleep being the happiest girl in the world.
